Nothing works. Subscription goes to a blank page and just sits there. If you don't subscribe, the devices is useless. It won't read live data and keeps sending you to the subscribe site, which is a blank page. If you think, well I have a BT dongle, so I should be able to use it with other apps, think again. The dongle is priority and only works with their software, assuming you can get the dongle to even sync or stay sunk once it connects. To quote another reviewer. "Maybe Link?"

Should be renamed MaybeLink. Once you finally get it linked it wants a VIN and mileage because they want you to subscribe to a service that sends you reminders for maintenance, but even if you don't want it you can't bypass this step. After you go through that pain it saves your car information, but it's still a total pain to even select your car after it's added. It also required an internet connection, so worthless if you don't have an internet connection or even just too slow of a connection.

These things are garbage this is the second car I've bought one of these quick links for that I plug it into the port I download this app and it says that there is no device found even though the device has a light on it saying that it is getting power although my cheap $20 scan tool connect to my car perfectly fine and reads the codes and the computer on my car with no issues at all.

After continued trials i find that the app is very limited and can get very expensive. the hardware is hit and miss at best. Is seems a complete waste of time and money. I am a machanic by trade and there are much better out there that are far better.

Can't get the obd2 component to connect. The app just keeps saying connecting. I've tried on all of my vehicles, it just doesn't work with the newest app. It worked before with little to no problem.

Slow and unreliable. Takes forever to connect to bluetooth device and takes forever to connect to innova's server even thought I have 4-5 bars on 4G network. Not worth the money.

Leaving a 3star because the app works and i dont have half as many issues as these others are saying. With that being said, the reading themselves are quite off and there is a decent amount of ping. After validating the PID multiple times i still cant get an intake reading.

I have had this for a few years now, it always comes in handy with all the details. It actually saved me a 1599.00 part (that's one part) plus the 500.00 labor to install it, that was by showing the fuel pump pressure dropping from 1200psi as low as 500psi. I had time to research it, and found out it was under a recall. Otherwise I would of taken it to a local shop for repair. Now I'm using it to watch the gauges (Mainly Air Fuel Ratio) after my Ktuner was installed.

horrible barely any instructions on how to connect to the device and when you automatically try to connect it says failed every time this app is garbage!

What a disappointment. Go with a regular hand held scanner less money, less grief. App always forgets my car, subscription service, wish I knew that up front.

It took me about 10 minutes to read a dam code, I wish I hadn't spent money on this. It's not for professional use and it's not great for home use. Don't do it. Get a. Normal reader and Google the code.

This device used to work great. Apparently Innove got tired of trying to keep up with Andoid updates and it no longer works at all.

I love it because I can see what my car is doing in real time by the gauges it has. It helps a lot so please keep it up

Update removed ability to read codes - not worth it unless you want the performance data.

App is designed terrible. Has major bugs that cause it to lockup alot. It force closes all the time. But after 10 min of messing with it i can get it connected and it reads the vins and mileage like it is supposed to. Then the rest of the functions work well. But there is no way to close the app other than force closing. It runs all the time

This is garbage. I spend more time trying to connect this thing to bluetooth than I ever thought was possible. On top of that, when it finally does connect, the app constantly crashes when I try to connect to my vehicle from my garage section. I've had this for a few weeks now and ha e not o Ce been able to connect to my vehicle and read a code because of the app constantly crashing.

Garbage dongle and garbage app. Do not buy this at all costs!! My gf bought this for me for Christmas for $100, thinking this would be a great quality item, but mostly it does not work and it requires a $10 per month, for each car that I use it on to read the check engine light. Meanwhile I could buy a cheap Chinese dongle off ebay for $10, and use it on what ever car I want and it will be free each time.

I would give it no stars if I could. When I first bought it it worked after 30 minutes of fighting with it and now I went to use it a second time and it won't connect. I un installed the app twice and even tried another phone and still Nothing! Canadian tire won't give me my money back and when I called the company they said it was a common problem so when I asked for a new one or my money back they said they couldn't help me. What a joke! Do NOT waste your money with this hunk of junk!!

App constantly crashes and freezes and when I finally got it to stay running it was not able to connect to the device. No wonder it was on sale for $40 down from $139. I tried this on 15 vehicles and had the same results each time plus I tried the app on multiple devices and no change. Reading the comments I see it needs constant Internet connection to work? Why? I'm using it in the middle of nowhere so it's completely useless. Meanwhile my friend bought one from China through ebay for $10 and it works perfectly and doesn't ask for redundant info or need Internet.
