Horrible, it crashes and wont let you sign back in.

The app didn't let me sign in using my correct claim number and last name. After many attempts. I tried my last name all lower case and finally it worked. I was able to take and submit pictures and a video. But since then I haven't been able to sign in the app again. No idea if I am supposed to get a quote or status of the claim via this app. Horrible app!
I wasn't able to log back in so had to call insurance they pointed out to me that after I put my claim number I had to add a (.2) at the end of claim number not sure it works with other claim numbers but worth a try.. hope it helps..
This is horriable. It says claim number and last name incorrect. Worth less.
Could not log in
Wouldn't allow me to submit after everything was done. With everything being done it would not allow me to log back in and start b over either so wasted my time. Now I will be going to a shop.
Can not view estimates states it's not good claim# ..after you submit photos it won't let you back in
Same as everyone else, states name or claim number are incorrect, can't believe AAA is using this!!!

Once you try and open the app it bounces you right out!!
I have yet to be able to use this app. It has crashed at least 12 times at this point. The app was a good concept for efficiency, but the performance is more of a headache than it's worth.
