QuickTapSurvey Offline Survey

So I used to be a huge fan of Quicktap and am probably one of the orignal users. I used their paid service to do mobile interview-style surveys offline, then upload the data when the surveyors returned each day. For me, the greatest feature of QT was that you didnt have to pay an annual fee, but rather, just pay as you go. Since I am a small business owner, I very much appreciated being able to log-in to my account, choose how many licenses (devices) I needed for a particular survey project, then pay for the months I would be using them. When done, QT would allow you to downgrade your account but they would keep all of your built survey forms (not the data you collected, but you could just download that directly). I used QT for many projects. Unfortunately, they have changed the service so you may no longer "downgrade", instead now you can only "pause" your account for 90 days, after which point you must pause it again or they will automatically bill you. They will keep the data for you during the pause, but I have no need for keeping the data in the cloud. Your only other option is to cancel your account which deletes all of your built surveys. I inquired about this with QT and they advised the pause feature was somethig requested by customers. That may be, but I have no desire to be required to continually "pause" my account with the result being that QT charges me if I don't. It seems to me this is more likely a way to generate revenue than it is to meet customer needs. Accordingly, I cancleld my account and have found other offline survey options. I will say that the on-line building survey tool, the survey options/questions available, and the customer service were all high quality, so if you are ok with how they charge for accounts/devices, then you will be happy with QT. In my case, they lost a long-time customer, I simply refuse to be required to take action every 90 days or literally, pay the consequences.

DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU INTEND TO PURCHASE $20+USD/MONTH. Downloaded the free trial and am now unable to access my survey responses without paying ($40nzd) and am absolutely gutted and so are all of my customers

A fraud app. Would take your money to make you download the data but when you upgrade your account it locks the survey.

I think this is a good app but please make it possible to create/edit and share surveys

It is asking me stuff while registration itself. My email, phone number etc. Terms say they will contact me. I don't know how many times I will be spammed! Free trial means how free? No where is pricing mentioned upfront. Hence I have uninstalled before completing registration !

Set up account but supposedly need to create survey on line. No login option on line! Only option is to create account, which fails because I already created an account

This app is completely useless if you are trying to work from your phone. Do not download. You can't create anything from the app and their website is completely NOT USER FRIENDLY. GOD WHY IS THIS SO HARD TO FIND A GOOD APP?

Great product. It has occasional flaws, but their customer service is very helpful and very responsive. I had great experiences with Stephen, who managed to be helpful and available without feeling pushy. I do wish I could have the option to see survey responses in the app; at present this is only possible when logged in to the web client. No major complaints besides that!

It was very useful only one thing Ned to improve is the verification code timing it's la little delay otherwise thanks to DDC team for all support .

The old version is better. After update the latest version, this apps always error and shut down itself. My team have difficulty in key in the data. Hope this will fix soon

App downloaded fine and I tried to log in. App said there was an Error, that I needed to download most current version from app store. I uninstalled and reinstalled, and received same error. I tried to update in Play Store and received the same error. Wouldn't the most current version be the one I just downloaded?? So frustrating--- please get back to me with a solution!

Careful! They don't tell you at any point during account creation, or during survey creation, but you can't collect more than 10 responses for free!! And only from 1 device! Great app, sadly they make you pay 20$ to collect the rest of your responses... And it's a monthly fee! Way too expensive for what it offers.

Tried a few different survey apps which weren't user friendly before coming across this one. So simple to navigate, worked a treat for what I needed it for and when I encountered problems Beau Melo at customer support was a great help!

Failed to recognise my email address for activation, no forgotten password option on login screen, very little assistance to recover account details to access account or create surveys. Not happy

Seriously good app that builds surveys in minutes with a very intuitive drag & drop approach. Responses are collected by user that have great analytics. Looks fantastic on mobile devices, and so easy to use. The pricing is a little tricky to understand, but they have a good and responsive chat system. Thanks Stephen Amoah for the great help and advice. Looking forward to my next survey!
