A good financial transactions experiences over the years but lately I have found the usage frustrating cos he would already says mine card(s) ain't allowed to do online transactions, while on other platforms, it's was the same experience. Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible. Thanks, great app none the less

Fraudulent service rendering. I cannot count the number of times I've tried recharging with the app and met by a error message. Only to be debited and not credited. Funny thing they don't have customer service help line.. Use at your own peril.

Quickteller, used to be very intresting when it was called QUICKTELLER CLASSIC. Thereafter, it's nothing to write home about, most especially when you don't get receipt to print out as evidence of payment for transactions. Prior this time, during classic days, the receipt generated after each transaction is very authentic as the print out will carry the LOGO of recipients eg. BEDC and MULTICHOICE. I sincerely hope that your organisation will take urgent action to resolve the issue, please.

I've uninstalled this app thrice trying to get it to work. It keeps telling me the date on my device is incorrect whereas it was set to automatic time zone. Please fix it.

Nothing seems to update... even when cable subscription rates change, app still gives the old rates, even after updating the App... not impressed at all. I have uninstalled 🙄

Cannot Iogin because the app Keeps showing date error message. My phone date is correct but the app keeps showing the error. I changed my phone's date format but the error keeps showing. The developers should fix this problem.

I can login in even when I tried to reset password it's still saying my connection is poor when there was network on my phone. There is no means off communication. I used to make use of it in the past but I just decided to download it again but it's not accepting me

I perceive a scam in this app. there is always a huge problem making a loan repayment and I think it's done so that they can get their additional penalty charges. N above all when u call their customer care number it will ring n nobody will ever pick the call.... rubbish app n services. no star at all.

auddenly this app had gone don from the first position. the issue of wrong date and time had been persistence since last year yet it had not been looked into. it is quite unfortunate

Everytime I logged in, I was not able to perform any transactions. This app was no good to me. Just get the normal Quickteller app.

Unable to sign in.... Keeps saying date and time need to be set, which are already! Also gave an error on the website that I don't have a valid mobile number which I have on my profile! How else can I reactivate my phone number please!??? U guys are beginning to act up pretty badly!!! Disappointed!!

I love Quickteller but you guys have to improve on this app. Any time i try to log in the app keeps telling my date is wrong, i have uninstalled and reinstall the app i still get the same problem. And why is nobody replying our review

Quickteller doesn't give back bonuses. Can't even login on this app. What sort of app is this? Always show error that my date and time is not correct. Waste of a data to download

I just made funded my wallet but, transaction says it wasn't successful yet money was deducted from my account. Quick teller is a scam, this is the second time I'm experiencing such with quick tell

Keeps telling me login error due to time set on my phone! Get it fixed! For others with a similar complain to mine try using the web(hopefully it will work) and ignore the mobile app

Actually used the pc version and it is ok. But the app keeps telling me to check my date and time ....and every thing is set correctly..have no idea on what to do next.

Very frustrating app. Anytime I try to perform transaction, it tells me that my card is restricted. Meanwhile nothing is wrong with my card

Please this needs and urgent update. Your website and This App have contrasting UIs. Transaction list is not arranged. Things are just too clunky..

Why can't I see my transaction on the app even after resynchronizing, but everything shows well on my pc.

This app does not have a customer care number, I just try to pay for my BEDC Prepaid meter with it, my bank account was debitted and I the response from the app was "sorry unable to process your request now, try again" till now no positive response

I couldn't activate the app. When I type my details it keeps telling me My date is incorrect....MY DATE IS CORRECT!

its a very bad app..am trying to login and it says..the date on my phone is incorrect...i quickly uninstall it..

For paying a bill with this app, the name u are paying for should always appear but it does not happen with this app. Pls taken note

It's asking for verification code, but still won't send it to my phone after I have inserted my phone number.

Honestly, cant rate this app, not working at all, have been trying to make use of the app for somedays now, all in vain.

I can't sign up. It keeps saying your network is not available, and my network is fine.
