app is so unreliable. you never know what you'll get when you open the app. it selects cards and sometimes just decides to not work regardless. can't be this unpredictable if you offer financial services.

Stupid app!!! Wish i could give zero star. It suddenly stops working without any prior notice for days or even weeks. Customer service is also wack. Please don't install!!! It's a waste of time.

Very bad customer service. They never respond to mails. They never render any assistance. Just some automated mail acknowledgements. Nothing works on the app. No option to delete cards from the app.

How i wish i checked the reviews before downloading this app i was a total waste of my time as i havenot been able to add any credit cards, it is so annoying because each time i try to add a card it tells me that card already exist in my wallet but my wallet is empty, I am going to delete this app soon

I can't even sign in.The app keeps telling me invalid e mail and this e mail is what I used to register with them some years back.They have been communicating with me through this particular e mail they are now telling me is invalid.

Good day, I tried recharging my prepaid meter on 18/04/2022... I was debited and till now I still haven't seen any reply... I've sent an email and I've tried calling your customer service, no answer. Each time i check the transaction status, all I see there is "you have successfully been debited, we're trying to notify BEDC" its been five days!!! Please I need an urgent answer to this

I've used Quickteller app seamlessly for years but over the past few weeks I've been unable to make any transactions. It needs fixing ASAP.

I have been using your platform without stress but this morning I tried to fund my sportybet account,it shows transaction successful,my polaris bank account was debited but sportybet account wasn't credited. Please,don't you have an email or customer care number to contact? Please help me credit my sportybet account or credit back my polaris account thank you.

The app is rubbish just like my above commenters rightly said. I just made a payment for BEDC. It's shows the transaction were unable to be carried out and yet I have been debited. I don't think the money will be refunded. That money is gone for good 😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒

Great apps. Works perfectly. Except that there's no option to delete beneficiary saved phone numbers.

The app is good and fast, the duration is also good but the amount is low for those doing business like me keep on.

This app just saved me from embarrassment, bank app failed,ussd failed, a friend told me of this app, in a few moment I was able to transfer funds.

I recharge 10k for my prepaid meter 12th May 2022 around 8pm...Account was Debited No Corresponding Value Credits! I can't find Transaction History as well...🤷‍♂️

The app is all right and easy to navigate although it has some bugs to work on. Like I used it to pay for a service, it debited me but on the receipt it read as ongoing so later I went to get the details of said transaction and the whole screen just went blank. It did this every single time I closed and reopened the app. And it also didn't send any email of confirmation so I basically could not get a refund because of this bug. Just one of the things that needs working on.

The Quickteller App is absolutely spot on in my humble opinion. I've always used it for Bills Payment and it has never disappointed. Maybe some failed transactions once in a while but I believe they have made massive improvements to reduce or curb these few glitches. I don't know about funds transfer because I have never tried it.

I have been frustrated by this application. It disputed my date of birth and even my phone number. Despite the fact that I have been using it before.

This is the one and only app I have been using since I got my phone for transferring funds, deposit, buying cards and data. So easy to operate in fact you deserve more than 5 stars You're the best.

This app is a joke. I cannot change my my phone number. And anytime i try to edit my profile it brings out an error that says "county code is required".

Login issue while using the mobile app, username and password not correct, locked me and I will do a reset of password, still won't allow me to login but on web browser I can login and do my transaction.

The new update is total nonsense everytime I try to transfer money the app keep closing
