Quickteller [Classic]

Was OK till my old card expired. I've wasted money calling them and doing things through the ATM which they said I should do but nothing worked. Every time I call, they tell me to try something new. From emailing them, inputting new card number on ATM instead of phone number, then putting phone number instead, to refreshing app, to deleting & reinstalling app, all I've been told to do, wasting my time & money, at the end, nothing worked

Everything about the app is ok.. but it would be nice to confirm an account b4 transfer, this should not be too hard to implement, similarly when paying for arik or aero book in hold, I had to enter the ticket amount after entering the booking ref...I expect to enter just the booking ref...press next and then the app should present the amount attached to that booking ref for my confirmation and enable me progress to payment. Manually entering the amount for the booking ref subjects the system to errors

It nice but one can't change his verve card number and pin once it expires after acquiring new one. It still remember your old verve verve card details via your phone number. It will be better if provision is made for this and if any, I need to be informed cos I can't use it after expiration date of my verve card.

I've installed it twice now and it keeps reporting "Unfortunately Quick teller has stopped" when it didn't even open! I've reported today but will delete app if it continues by weekend. It's much better to just log into the website. 😟

I can see about 2different apps for quickteller and all from the same source. I saw one quickteller while another quickteller classics. Why 2apps? Don't u think this app deals directly with peoples financial details, u have to eliminate doubts, as fraudsters can take advantage of this uncertainty to defraud people. Pls consolidate ur app to one app pls.

Haven't bn able to recharge since 01/01/14, l always get dis error message "there was a transaction problem because of system failure (05)" And ve sent mny feedbck no reply. Fix dis n u get 5 stars

It would have been a great app if u can do some amendment/upgrade on quick teller. Just this month, I made a subscription for my gotv and quick teller charged me twice instead of one month sub. This is unprofessional and has kept me thinking that "what if I want to transfer huge money to someone else account, is this how quick teller is going to credit the receiver twice of the money I'll be sending?. Address this issue and I will rate you 5 Star

I have been using this app for a while now. But now after updating it keeps crashing on my galaxy note 3 each time I open the app, please u guys should look into that THANKS.

I have been using the app very well before not until when my two accounts were linked on the same ATM card. After registering all the two accounts and necessary deductions were made, the app refused to work even for once. It's been almost three months now. I lost count on how many times I emailed your customer service, up to now my problem was not solved. Even to check balance with the app become a problem not to talk of purchases and payments. This has been my problem even when using your website.

it was 1st workin fine for me, until i registerd my account on my friends quicteller app. i tried rechargin and it dint work....trid deactivating on my friends quicktell..not possible. since then av bin using the online center but i prefer the app....i even tried reregestring on the atm like thrice but tis still not working..... last tym i tried it again it told me to update my card expiry date and ccv .....plz help me interswitch

On the app, provision should be made to remember Mastercards to ease typing each time one has to do a transaction with a Mastercard. This should also be done on the website too. The app cannot transfer funds using Mastercards. This should be fixed to make the app much better than it is already. Then also make provision for users to add and remove registered ATM cards from their profiles. For example, how do i remove or deregister my Verve card when i close my account with my present account? There should be a removal button somewhere on the app to remove already registered Cards. Now, i'm having issues with this new update because my verve card no longer works with the app when i try to recharge my phone or transfer funds.

It used to be a good app until I needed to remove my expired cards from the app list. Interswitch told me that deleting those cards can only be done at their (Interswitch) end. After following the instructions given to me, the cards were still showing on the list. They sent me several Case Resolution Notices and instructions which I followed but to no avail. So I decided to reinstall the app. Since then I have not been able to access the app anymore. I've therefore uninstalled it to save phone space.

It's just do sad that this app n services is getting worse by the day. Now I can't even check my Bal or recharge my fone... saying the pin I entered is not correct. I just hope my account has not been compromised

My user experience rating is less than zero. Buggily repeated an airtime purchase transaction 4 times without my consent.

The dstv payment options are wrong.i paid 11000 for premium on quickteller meanwhile it's 11600 from dstv. Still trying to get my money back.WARNING DO PAY DSTV ON IT

Does not provide a history of payments so you can't easily prove a payment was made on a specific date/time. Does not allow you to verify identity of recipients before money transfers. Does not provide a transaction number after money transfers, etc. This is a terrible app. Much safer to do transfers from the quickteller website.

So my prepaid meter ran out and I quickly installed this app thinking I could make payment for PHCN Eko Electric Prepaid Bill, only to find out it's not here. All you have on this app are postpaid payment! Really disappointed about that. Installing the app now...

The only thing I use this app for is to recharge, but it recently stopped working. I can still check my acc balance but whenever I try to recharge N200, it tells me that ; Sorry, limits set by the bank make it impossible..

It will really b superb if master card and visa is also supported. It makes no complete sense for only verve to be supported

I paid my Gotv subscription, my account deducted but my Gotv was not activated. I have been calling the customer support no response. #deleteimmediately#

I am a bit disappointed about manner of arbitrary deduction of money from your account without message. I have tried to pay my Gotv subscription. My initial attempt the system said failed, then I tried the second time, the system still said failed but upon checking my bank account two months subscriptions were deducted from my account without any messages. This is not welcome at all. Quick teller is a good app but u guys need proper upgrade to stop this malfunctioning. Thank you

Wanted to try it for d first time I tried to recharge my fone with just 200naira and my acct was debited Although my phone wasn't credited......

I just hate the Limits set by banks for recharge, kinda ask the banks to set limits to 1000NGN. BUT honestly it's a great app

Please yours don't use this application for any transactions.. I used it this week. Money was redacted from my account and the money was not credited to receiver account.

It has served me well for some years now until recently when I changed my card to master card as against the earlier verve. It has become useless since then. How I wish it can be upgraded to work with MasterCards.

It's a great app actually, but I'd rather advice Mastercard and Visa card should be included in the next upgrade

The only issue i have is that i added two different cards, Mastercard and Verve. But only the verve card linked to my current account is active. The other one linked to my savings account hasn't come up and that is the second time i paid N101 at an ATM to activate the card.

I love the application especially in recharging ur phone. However, there is need to include master card in ur list to save time and stress. Thanks guys

I have installed and subsequently uninstalled this app more times than I can remember as it crashes constatly. Has never functioned. Ever

Even after refreshing data I can't link my verve card which was in the previous version. Says card linked to another wallet. I've refreshed data up to 20 times
