Quickteller for Agents

The app is easy to use but comes with so many errors especially bill payments, have experienced making a payment in which u get an error message only to find out few moments later that the same transaction was successful likewise money transfer, On several occasion I tranfer money and I get a failed transaction only to find out when I log in the inclusion portal that the same failed transaction was successful. You cant reprint receipt.

This mobile application suppose not to to call quickteller the world quick mean rapid but this application is always show that an error occurred we are sorry we cannot reach your server at this time. You will not be able to login to do any transaction, my reason for saying these is everyday I lose my customers so for your benefits for those who are interesting to use this application at your own risk. Moreover, their transaction chargers is too much than other mobile money applications. thank u.

You cannot save beneficiaries, no reprint of receipts, transaction history not detailed. Frequent errors in IBEDC bill payments which often works when u try other apps. ISW is a big player in this industry and we expect a robust, friendly and stable app.

i really enjoy using the app. but the are minor issues at times. there is still room for improvement. for example withdrawal using the app.

the app is good, but some major issue really needed to be fixed like electricity bill payment anytime i want to load bedc prepaid meter theres always an issue

My account has failed to open. They're just telling me that I dnt have a network connection yet other apps which require an internet connection are working very well

The app is good and fast, but i would suggest you allow the use of card in making payment instead of the usual cash. Thanks

Customer service is unreliable. You guys keep quiet and become unresponsive incase of sharing feedback timely. I am a very angry agent.

Have lost customers for three days now because the app is not allowing me to log in. Apparently the app can't connect to my internet yet other apps can

I can't login, every time I try too, it says can't reach server at the moment. This has happened for the last 1 year

Nice feature, I can now see evidence of transactions completed with the ability to download and share the receipts

This app is the most USELESS app that I have ever seen. Funding the app is a major issue. Nothing good can come out of this app. For your peace of mind don't install.

very poor in terms of resolving issues, always having downtime to login, load account and even make transaction, i regretted registrating with quickteller.

Have been using interswitch almost a year it is good and faster.

This is bad platform app so far. Bad experience with this platform. Not recommended!!!

Please kindly upgrade this up it is a failure out of 15 times it opens once We can't work please the situation is alarming

i just downloaded this quckteller and it asking me to log in into my account, without given me the option to create accout. this not helping at all.

I like quickteller to be use to make payment both napal bill nd dstv/gotv payment and others. But he did not shows sign up, what happen Thanks.

The app is nice, but funding the wallet is dissatisfying, and and printing of receipt should be included

I dont have transaction history on my app,nd its not helping matters to an extent...BUT the app is very efficient nd trustworthy

The app cannot work even for a single minute even if u have 5G network it will again say that the network is not available.

The new billing and rates for DSTV bouquets is not reflecting. Makes serving customers and transactions awkward and difficult.
