Works well, but some seemingly basic and universal commands don't work, such as \bfseries or \rm, the siunitx package, or scaling parentheses \left( and \right), which makes it fairly useless for complex equations. There's also no history or ability to save equations or templates in any way.
10/10 for its declared use case. Quick and simple workflow for ones aware of LaTeX, instant sharing across major messengers, no paywalls for doing so. I'd complain that the image quality for short formulas could be a bit better but the app is a total UX miracle already.
Good app makes what is asked but there are some bugs to be corrected: 1. Multiline && works but (/ are shown in the extremities 2. Impossible to make a line break, tried with all TeX \\ \hfill ... 3. Low image quality
This is really the only Android app that lets you turn LaTeX equations into photos. 4 stars only because the photos slightly cut off the outer edges of the equations. Other than that, great app!
It'd be useful be able to chose the size of the image and to copy to the clipboard. Also the picture is cut at the top.
Works offline. Easy to generate images quickly. Didn't test the extent of how much latex is supported
Super cool! I really wanted an app like this. I wish we could have a black or transparent background on the pictures though.
Great for quickly communicating math, there's a lot of awkward white space above and below equations though.
Unsure why but it keeps force closing. Furthermore, while I'm here.. The Weather Today app was my go to weather app. I'm terribly mad it got taken down.
Bruh, I can't even apply \begin{align*}, \begin{split}, //, or functions alike. I don't know how to use enter on this app.
This may not be the best way to handle tex but it's certainly the best available. Also it's free. Great work!
You can't type moderately long expressions, it's not compatible with common latex expressions like \iff
When I type an expression and try to send it, it does nothing.
While sharing some part of the top equations get cut
Please add (save to gallery) button
Needs linebreaks to show the steps for solving an equation
Thanks, works as expected
I can't even start a new line.
The closest thing to a latex editor on android... But it doesn't have mathtools loaded so no \bra or \ket notations
Beautiful UI and "LaTeX" output. The output seems to get blocked a little bit at the top though. Also you should add a tutorial/help section!
Good app. What I missed here is bookmarking useful equation that I typed
Love the instant rendering. Can't quite use it without some more math package support like amsmath.
Great application very useful but also," include Greek letters please".
Need utf8 support. I can't write "ấ đ ẵ ứ ở...." in \text{ }.
I just installed this app and I love. It is very simple to use and Interactive. You see the equations as you're typing and they have examples. It can be improved by giving the option to save what I've typed in examples too
