QuickTune H4 - Forza Horizon 4 Tuning Calculator

Usually spot on. For players complaining about it not working, turn off all traction control, steering assist, etc. The only one I use is ABS and I'm getting to where I don't need it. This app has served as a great tuner guide and at least gets you started off in a good spot. All the cars I've tuned with this have worked out pretty well with the exception of RWD cars. While I'd like to see that improve, I can still work with what I'm given and tweak my settings from there.

Application could be done better, having so many drop down menus cluttered in a list is easy distracting and easy to select something you didn't want to. suspension/gearing tuning isn't very optimised and I see no need for this app. I feel the calculations are off especially for camber tuning, to much understeer for the suspension tuning. experienced racers shouldn't use this app. only beginner's.

Better overall tunes then the competitors app. Only gripes I have is it seems to recommend maxing out ride height even on road racers which is just odd. Easy to manually fix of course. That and camber seems to be a bit off which it shares with the competition. Also not hard to fine tune it in if you know how. Would love to see drag setup also. Gear setups are EXCELLENT! Recommended.

This app is the real deal... if you want to race and skip the tedious tuning and testing here it is! These tunes require minimal tweaking, adjust tire pressure or maybe a bit less camber here and there but really the adjustments are minimal. Everybody drives differently with different skill levels but this app makes a great start! I'm very impressed, best $5 I've ever spent...

Amazing app I can't play without! Being able to make your own tunes VS relying on others is such an advantage. The only thing I generally do different than the calculator says is my diff settings. I usually go 10 or 20 lower on the final distribution percentage. (I awd swap almost everything.) and I'll use 60 (and use the last # the Calc says for my diff instead of in the 70s like what it'll typically say, depending on if I feel I want my front tires to grip n pull me more)

Generally it's a good app. I use it on most cars that I'm using but I'm finding that iv never ever had to change gear ratios for any vehicle for any type of race, it only ever changes the final drive which in most cases I usually change slightly from what it says to use because of wheelspin. The drift tunes need some work they are useless so I end up downloading a tune and it works a million times better. Like I said before tho it's generally a good app just needs a few more tweaks.

The road tunes are a good starting point but still need work to fine tune how you want them as the app doesn't allow you to choose a preference of under/oversteer for corner entry/mid/exit unlike ForzaTune. The cross country tunes are way too stiff (the antiroll bars are insanely high) and tend to bounce over everything/make the car skittish. Also a bit silly changing the suspension or anti roll bar stiffness preference changes the values only by one slider click, basically no noticeable change.

This is an updated review, the one in parenthesis was the first with only 2 stars. After the developer contacted me which was good since they were willing to put effort and fix the issues with the app. and after making the latest update fixed the issue. (Hit or miss, some tunes work and other are the worse. Wish they were better. Seems more like guess work and their preference or they're just guesstimating. I only complain because I payed for it and it didn't deliver. Hopefully will get better.)

So, I was skeptical, but my very first tune shaved almost 50 secs off my X class fastest Goliath time, and another 60 secs once I got used to the handling changes. Every tune since has made strides of difference in handle in some very squirrelie cars. For me a 5th star is earned by everything being top notch in all parts I'm sorry to say. Your UI is MEHs-ville.. That guy saying it was laid out badly is just dumb, the problem is visual, the DOS look is not good. Also mix tunes would be cool...⤵️

Hi do you think that you could use the live data ie telemetry that's you can link to apps as I know you can use a tuning app like this app. I still love this app, but I like the live telemetry to tune the gears everything else start, s from your setup maybe something to look at in the next app. You can always use my telemetry as well to use. Maybe a sim dashboard just ideas. Many thanks.

Not bad. Unfortunately, no options for oversteer or understeer bias. I saw the devs comment under someone with similar opinions, saying that oversteer and understeer makes the tune worse. I would argue that some cars require a certain driving style depending on weight distribution. Personally I don't like understeer, but someone may want it for a rear engine vehicle. Oversteer introduces instability, but can make better lap times with a skilled driver.

I use this App nearly everyday because I am a Forza Horizon 4 addict! I even tuned a stunt car, basically I worked from a drag tune and mixed it with a drift tune! The physics of Forza make it ideal to do impossible Stunts! I now have a car that drifts on two wheels. Only possible with using this App! I have shown fellow users who also bought this as well, it is being recommended to many people. Excellent work guys and thanks for all the updates. 👍👍👍👍👍

Works okay for road and street tunes, aside from the fact that it doesn't take into account body kits (like widebody kit for golf r32) and gearing ratios are off quite often (maybe it's aimed more at s-class tunes and doesn't work with my A builds). a lot worse for dirt/rally tunes and doesn't work at all for cross-country(the latter being what I bought it for).For Bowler the app straight up provided wrong numbers, ride height higher than max possible (metric) etc.Would refund if google allowed

This app has very little explanation on how to use it, but I think I somewhat figured it out, could use a page in the app with a template on how to use, but the issue is the calulator isn't useful at all, followed what it said to put my 2012 Ferrari 599xx evo turning to for speed set up, everything it suggests made no sense, it made the top speed 250mph with 3.etc sec 0-60, but my f around before hand gave me a 298.5 mph with a 2.6 0-60. So it dropped and made it worst from where it started.

Oh and some grip tunes in the app is a bit broke my car turns very weird. Take a look at some tunes and fix it too. Such as some cars have to much understeer or oversteer.(Grip Tune) This usually happens in off road grip tune in dirt racing and cross country and the gears is a bit short in off road tune. Its always happen when turning into the corner in dirt or cross country always understeer. And lastly all offroad cars (Not the rally one) The tune makes it handles more like FWD. I want RWD.

Worth the $$ for me. My El Camino is totally drivable now. Significantly Better handling and 20mph more thanks to this app. Same for my Ford GT70; my tune was 135mph, but I clocked in at 167 after this app tune. I was already happy with the GT70 handling I had setup, but now it's just AMAZING. I have had no clue what to do with wheel alignment, gearing and chassis tuning and have just been guessing at it, making small changes at a time. This app changes everything for me. Time to tune a Lambo!

I'm in the UK. I'm not sure where the developer of this app is from, but the imput values are all different. For example the app is telling me to set the springs to 567 front, and 530 rear. But the spring values in game only go up to 254. It might have something to do with metric vs imperial. Mine says KGF/MM when on Youtube videos I watch, it's LB/IN. If you could add a feature for these units I would happily update to 5 stars. But right now it's unusable for me and I paid £2.99 :(

So I noticed for a majority of the dirt tunes, the recommended setting is toe out, up to two clicks sometimes. You NEVER want toe out in the rear of pretty much any car in any circumstances. This makes the car very unstable at speeds and oversteer s uncontrollably.

Pretty good for establishing a baseline you can work from. Most of the stock tunes in game are terrible so this helps a lot. Only complaint is transmission tunes are all over the place and not useable usually.

Great app. I throughly read the reviews first and it seemed many pros were using this app. I've been getting more into tuning as the available tuned are never what I'm looking for this app is great to get a good variety of tuning. Great work! I cant wait to tune my car collection and compare stats. :)

What can I say, it works. It effectively gets rid of the most god-awfully implemented half-baked afterthought "system" I've ever seen in any sim or racing game. If tuning is this disgusting in FH5, I'll be counting on a new version.

I've got this tune and another competitors tuning app that are both paid for apps. I am raising my rating on this to 5/5 over the competitor that I rated at 4, simply because I feel the overall support I receive is greater, with improved communication from this developer. I already think both apps are good, but I'm more swayed to appreciate this one than the other due to the above reasons at the end of the day.

It's personally good but it before the new update, which I haven't tried out yet, it seems that even with different cars I kind of always got the same repetitive tunes, unless that's what would be personally good for that said car.

Its good, just needs a dark theme option. I'm guessing you mean it uses the phones theme, I was thinking along the lines of app settings, black background and colored text.

With the new update and options to personalize your tune, this app is catching up to forzatune in terms of performance. The upside of this app is it's just easier to use.

I was a little sketched out by the high price but after some use I find it is very useful and with its easy to follow interface it makes tuning really easy

I couldn't find the "SUSPENSION" in the garage, can anyone tell me where it is or if it's available with s different name. The app is working nice for me and I have done nice tunings for drift specially.

Still trying to get use to how to exactly match stats from the app into the actual game... It also tells me to tune certain things that are locked. Needs more instructions I think. Maybe I'm just dumb.

Great app , won't make you a better driver but you will notice the tuning in your car very easy to use & handy for quick tuning 👍 Excellent app & Drag tuning 😁
