I haven't been able to place an order since Nov. 3, when the version I was using (3.3.2) finally stopped being supported. No version released in the last year works on my Samsung Galaxy S 20+. I have placed SIX phone calls to the helpline. They admit that the problem is on their end and that they have received many other similar complaints, however the developers seem to be too lazy and incompetent to fix the problem. There's no point in calling them again. They just don't care.
Frequent issues with payment methods since update -- will not accept either debit nor credit payments even though/when I use my saved method, which was working fine in the past and my entered info is correct. There seems to be no point to the 'edit' option either -- your entire cart is cleared so the actual option available is to delete your whole order and start over, hardly an edit.
This app used to be perfectly fine, but for months now I can't log in or create a new account. It just gives me errors and even the save thing happens with my friends and family. Someone needs to fix this if they want me to keep buying more at QT, because when it worked I found myself buying things there much more frequently.
Doesn't work at all. I can't even log in. I used to log in with Facebook, now I click the button and it flashes a dialog up for half a second and then it disappears and does nothing. I try to login with a username and password, error code. I try to create a new account, error code. I try to order something as a guest, error code. The app is nothing but an error code generator.
Seriously such a bad app. It constantly has issues for all four of us. It glitches and won't even load pretty regularly. Google Pay hasn't worked in several weeks through the app (Google Pay works fine with everything else so it's QT's issue). Can't even log in sometimes after you log out to try to get the app to work. Have to un install and re install frequently and even that doesn't fix it sometimes. QT employees often have issues getting coupons to scan.
Love the app. It's great that they can bring you something to eat and drink to your car. With a baby running in real quick isn't a thing. I would give 5 stars if they can make it save your car info instead of having to put it in each time at pick up.
The app simply doesn't work anymore. I get to the end of the order and it won't accept any of my cards suddenly over the last 3 months. I deleted the app reinstalled it. Made sure my Galaxy S21 was up to date with software
Used to work. Now it is logged out and won't let me log in keeps giving a login error code.. and then it will say I have the wrong password. So then I request a password reset and it says the email has been sent, but I get nothing. Meanwhile the app teases me with notifications about free pretzels...
Be sure to use the coupons before the day they expire. Twice now I have tried to buy something on the same day as the expiration date. The cashier said the computer told him I had already used the coupon which wasn't true. He tried using a coupon for another customer and it said the same thing. He said that evidently the computer had already deleted the coupon because it was late in the day. It was 8:30pm. The expiration should stay in effect until midnight.
Was a great app past two years, but wow! It has gone down hill. Login takes forever and once logged in at 2 minutes, its hard to navigate to Offers, and it just spins for about 5 minutes or so and eventually gives an error. Tried on two different Android phone and same issues.
The app itself is okay, except sometimes you have to repeatedly add and remove an item to get an available coupon to appear so it can be applied. However, lately the QT closest to us almost never has enough staff or ingredients to make the food, so now the app just takes up space.
They've fixed the loading bugs on the app, but as of a few weeks ago I was randomly logged out by the app and it won't let me log back in. Yet it keeps popping up that I have items I can redeem. Every time it works for a short span of time, the next update breaks it again.
Edit x2: what ever the problem was has been solved as far as I'm concerned and has worked for almost a year now Will not let me log in Edit: it took about 48 hours for my new password to applied to my account. I tried to use it after resetting it then tried again the next day etc then it worked on the 2nd. Honestly that is unacceptable. As for the app itself it works as intended. Let's you order ahead of time for even easier access to QT's products which of course are 5 out of 5.
Seems my review got deleted. I'll refrain from using competitor names: App was great, but they roll out mandatory update notifications so you can't use the app unless you update that very minute. Unfortunately, the new app isn't always published yet! So you get locked out from using it. Not great when you were on your way to spend $. Decided to head to instead since their app was working.
Going in circles!!!!!! Now that updated it doesn't see that it updated and wants me to update. So it's just a continuous circle. I even tried uninstalling and trying again to no avail...It's junk until they fix it!!!
The app is so so. It would be better if there were some sort of rewards points that could be earned like Casey's has. Also when going to place an order on the app, it forces you to start the order all the way over if you go to checkout & then decide you want to go back to menu to add more to the order which is very annoying 12-24-21 update I go to Casey's way more that QT now because of the rewards at Casey's. I used to be a QT fan girl!
Says update, takes to app and no update, so can't use the app at all. Quick trip is going downhill faster than you can say quick trip. Every trip is more a disappointment than anything else. Quick trip pretty much died with cadieux.
They can't even send a verification code to my email. I personally would like to ask the dev if he thought it was a smart idea to restrict the app if you haven't verified the code? No, the answer is no. Why? Because all of the Info you add up to the point of sending the verification code is publicly accessible. Retard.
This app used to work but now all I get is errors. Even made a new account but I never get the verification email even after attempting to resend it. I haven't been able to use this app in over 3 months. This app has gone to pot
PLEASE FIX APP! App insisted on an update to open but once I updated the app it has continued to say update required! I force closed the app but still same issue. It insists an update is required, I click update, it goes to Play Store where entire cycle begins again MY PREVIOUS REVIEW: Great deals and i LOVE that you can order thru the app & choose to pay in store... THATS awesome... Now there was an issue w the app for a bit but they fixed it within a week or two so 4 stars instead of 5
Please fix it. No matter how many times I follow the prompt for required update, it will not open, and continues to give update required message. I have even uninstalled, and reinstalled. I've restarted my device. Nothing works.
QT has a wide variety of hot food to go. My favorite is the pulled pork (bbq) sandwich. I've never gotten a wrong order. Orders can be customized and you can pre-order in the app. Check the app for great coupons and even free items (usually fountain drinks). Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful - always- at EVERY store. Restrooms are always clean too. It's the only gas station I'll go to!
Everytime I open the app there is an error message. For the first few days it was wonderful, but for the past month and a half I have tried to open and order with no luck and Jolly Town free gifts I got 2! It said Merry Christmas in my notifications and I opened it to see what I got and Guess what Santa Brought Me AN ERROR MESSAGE AGAIN!!!!
Since the update I have not been able to login... Constantly receive an error message! This app used to be so convenient before the update now it's trash and will be deactivated! Never had an app to update backwards.
I can no longer use the app being logged in with my Facebook account. I click the button to log in and a quick pop up appears, but goes away very quickly.
So irritating. Payment methods won't work, therefore curbside won't work. This is a relatively new problem, so reverting to the old version would be nice until they can function test the update. After another update constant error codes. Terrible app that used to be fine.
App has correctable quirks. Can't apply coupon to app order; must choose pay in store and scan phone. Pickup time needs to be easier to identify when in bright light light(selected time is barely more bold than other times). Once you select "I'm here", order is no longer viewable in app. The app sent order to incorrect store (second closest instead of the one I was parked in front of), and I had no way of looking up where my order was.
