Mobile deposit doesn't work for me, after months of using it. Signed up for Pop money, no connection to the to-do list. Do I need to change banks?
Pretty good, for a banking app. There's still some navigation quirks, but overall it's a pretty good experience. I do think the designers could learn some useful things from the UX of the Discover and Capital One apps, though.
a decent, if barebones, banking app. The only feature missing for me personally is being able to edit my scheduled transfers, and schedule new transfers. if u want to do any recurring transfers you'll have to log into the website for some reason.
I love this app, time and time again I use it for any one of it's great features. Transfers, check cashing, and more. The only thing I know is missing, access to online support with banking staff. Quincy Credit Union in Quincy, Ma has a wonderful team of Banking employees. They will work with you calmly, politely, efficiently and return your calls promptly. This app needs a live support line, banking can be stressful. These employees will handle all your needs and you will leave smiling
Quincy Credit Union Mobile Banking is very easy to use, my banking transactions easily handled here in this app. Although, I don't mind going into Quincy Credit Union in Quincy, Ma. The wonderful customer service and care I've received, I'm sure you will too is a breath of fresh air, no anxiety or worries they are calm, courteous, and polite. Taking care of all your banking needs and returning calls. When you are unable to get there, this app has all you need for your best banking experience.

Love it. So easy to get in your account and Also speaking with the customer service representative. The BEST
PIN LOGIN is needed. My password is insanely long to be entering it every time I open this app, But that's just first world problems right?!! Better detailed description of transaction information is needed as well. Not random names but the actual businesses where you used your funds at. Overall the app is ok.
Simple banking app. Mobile deposit is difficult to work with certain checks as it constantly complains about check size or endorsement not matching up with no option to submit pictures for manual review. This leaves many checks simply unable to be deposited via app.
App is 100% user friendly! Easy navigation throughout the entire app! The only thing that's missing for me is instant transfers with Venmo App!
Since the latest update I am unable to deposit a check remotely. Prior to this update app worked great and would have given it 4 stars. Sadly now 1 star. Please fix this!!
It's a great app. Only draw back is an outside transfer to another bank account can take a week or more for money to get deposited
A good partner for the website. I use Billpay to pay my landlord. Both are needed for full function.
Always available, easy to use even for me . I was afraid to try it and now I love it. Soooooo convenient.

Roughly half the time I try to use the mobile deposit option the app will instead log me out for some reason.

Easy to use, great features
QCU is great for banking app! I highly suggest downloading card valet and linking every single debit,CC, account whatever it may be. The 2nd transaction is made it notifies you it also saves you that gut wrenching feeling of dread when a card turns up missing. You are able to use the biometrics or a password, pin number etc to quickly log in and put whatever account in question or necessary on hold, shut it off essentially hopefully for only a short time until its located. Member since 2009.
