I would love a journal feature to document withdrawals and feelings. however, 30 days off caffeine and I couldn't have done it without this app. I simply didn't want to hit the reset button! Such a simple tool, but exactly what I needed
the idea is good, but very cheap intefface, and when I wish that it sends me a notification every day telling me how many days I've done so far, I set it to daily notification but it seems to lag sending notifications, somedays it does and some don't.
pretty great for a simplistic tracker, my only complaint is I can't seem to change what time that I want to set the notification to.
App's good, but even though I have everyday notifications on they still pop up randomly

Lovely app! Was looking for apps that would help me quit things and had a time tracker of. I like the fact that even if you relapse, you can journal it and notice changes so even though if I failed I can leave from my mistake :)
