App was perfect before they updated it and made it so points expire. Also when it comes to customizing look at Chiplte, they did it right.
Sometimes rewards disappear if you click them, then accidentally hit back, go to add a missed item or realize another reward is better. Irritating since other restaurant/quick service chain apps dont do that....
I had enough points for a free sub, they updated the app and increased the points needed from 70 to 100 so I lost my reward. No warning, that's BS!
They removed all my points when they updated the app and refuse to return them all. Only returned what I purchased after the release of the reworked app. Glad to know quiznos will screw you over whether you work for them or are a customer.
Terrible app, lost my appetite trying to figure out how to place an order. I was going through the menus for a half hour trying to place a pickup order for two sandwiches. Andvthen I finally got it to respond to checkout, the floating cart icon was blocking the "add a payment card" button. So I gave up. Quiznos is always amazing but the app is terrible.

Less than a week notice given that loyalty points would be expiring, then removed the points before the stated deadline.
The app has no way to switch of notifications from within the app. It's annoying as hell. Quiznos is on a downward spiral it seems. Use up all the points as quickly as you can.
Doesn't work. Goes to a login page after you're done ordering and click on Checkout. Asks for info but does not pop up keyboard so you can enter it. The three dot menu on the right is useless. Who needs to change the language of the app in the middle of ordering? So frustrated.
Great service and friendly staff
Not very user friendly. It took forever to navigate. It could also use a cash option for paying. Furthermore, it won't let you proceed until you've entered a tip. I like to tip in cash because tips should not be taxed! All in all this is a sorry excuse for an order app. Next time I'll order from Jimmy Johns.
They currently have a promo to win tickets to Vegas. It's only viewable in this mobile app and I cant find it anywhere on their website. The terms and conditions are not able to be viewed because when you download the file, pdf viewers cant even open it or see it on the phone. If you guys are going to do a promo amd have a link to the terms, then the file needs to be corrected or the terms written on the website.
I can do just about anything on this except for place an order for pickup. All it does is go to check out and ask you to log in but you can't fill in any of the fields. No matter how many times I clear the cash or user data or uninstall and reinstall it doesn't work
I was supposed to get a free 4" sandwich for downloading the app. The app said to go to the store and scan the QR code. I go to the store and they tell me I already paid, so I couldn't get the free sandwich from downloading the app. App functionality is also pretty bad on its own. Edit: Emailed to developer and customer support with no response more than a week later.
tried to redeem the offers from both fido and the buy 4" get 4" sub and both failed even though i clicked on the redeem button infront of the cashier and the count down clock just started. u guys need to fix your points record properly... whats the point in a loyalty plan that u can't redeem your rewards.
After signing up through the link on the Quiznos website, receiving an offer for a free small sandwich and walking to there for lunch, I was told the offer had expired and couldn't be redeemed. The offer on my phone stated Dec 9 as the expiration. Nearly two third of the people left the restaraunt because they couldn't redeem their offers. Feels like a "bait and switch" offer/scam. Very unsatisfying and a waste of precious lunch break time.
Horrendous customer experience, first time trying out Quiznos and used the app. Staff was unprofessional and had a lot of attitude regarding point redemption. Sandwich was one of the worst I ever had with stale bread and minimal toppings. I don't even want to return for a free sandwich.
Always great Sandwichs and great service
I installed the app and had an offer for a free 4" sub with a purchase. We bought subs for my wife & myself and figured the free 4" would be great for our daughter. However when we got to the counter to pay, the clerk said the app didn't look familiar, said he'd try the code (and did) but the code wasn't accepted. He said I must be using the US app (can't find a "Canadian" app, and the Canadian site pointed me to the app I'm using). What's up?
I can't run the app. Keeps giving me the following error and then closes. "Your device compatibility test check failed, Probably your device is tampered" I have a OnePlus 3T on which I've unlocked my boot loader, and enabled developer mode. Oh no, that means I shouldn't be able to get any points from Quiznos. :-/ This is useless to me.
With the new update they didn't have all of my points, they gave them back. Now our points expire when they used to not. This is ridiculous! I just found out mine expired yesterday. Last I knew they didn't expire. I'm no longer a Quiznos customer after this. I spend the money to get the rewards only to have them taken from me. I'll take my business elsewhere.
