I used this for 4 monthes or so, it didn't work out. To many issues. Notifications are horriblly bugged with no fix in sight. Being asked to register my device everytime I log in is odd. I found this program slow, although it has potential it requires more immediate service from devs. 1. Notifications. 2. Small bugs like being asked to register daily. 3. Overall speed between menus is to slow to properly utilize this app.
Works great. Needs the feature to able to add/upload photos to general quore entries when the need for photos arises.
Edit: Quore responded promptly to assist me, great communication! Original: I'm annoyed with this app. My job revolves around doing PMs; so if I start a room checklist and I switch apps, about 70% of the time upon switching back I get an "ERR_CACHE_MISS" message. So I have to go back to the PMs section and navigate the messy upcoming rooms list--for which there are no sorting options, which can make it more inconvenient since I can't PM rooms in the default order. Otherwise, it works fine.
Before Quore we used pen and paper to document our preventative maintenance process. Then we marked the individual rooms off on a whiteboard for the quarter. Quore has simplified this process. You can create work orders as you go. It's also a great communication tool for updating other departments on events and important info. Very useful for keeping inventory also. I love this app!
updates often reduce usably and add new bugs that then require more updates to fix the program requires too much of your time to maintain and keep up with on daily tasks and maintenance. other programs handle this more smoothly too many places to "click" or press to navigate through the program to get to where you need this app appars to be built, not as a native true app but more as a rebuild web browser so navigation through the menus and feilds causes it to constantly update or refresh
Original.What happened? This was an amazing app I've updated and now I'm always logged out and have to register to personal Device everytime I logged in did it 3 times already in the last hour what the hell happened quore? Update. I deleted app reinstalled and works fine now I purchased a new phone and transfered/cloned phone and had issues but all good now.
Worked pretty good when it was first installed now crashes everyday literally every single day
Have to uninstall/reinstall app once a week in order to rcv notifications. Have to put password in each time I reopen app (doesn't stay signed in for day like it used to) I don't have a hotel managed device nor access to wifi info I've been told to get in order to stay connected to our hotel's main wifi on my phone. The app for Android should have the same capability as app for iPhones. Are customers w/ Androids less important than those w/ iPhones? Why can't this be solved on the app side?
After being contacted by the app team and them making updates to the software the quality of the app has greatly improved. I do feel it is not as user-friendly as it could be, but they are working on it I know.
I am so far not impressed with the the program. I have been waiting days for my help ticket to be answered as well and trying to tailor it to be specific to my property seems to be a challenge. I like the idea. Not impressed with the execution yet.
When it works. Its great. Only problem is I have to uninstall and reinstall to receive notifications. Why???????? Please fix and ill give you 5 stars!
Good app for organizing a facility. I like that i can log in whenever and get a heads up on maintenance issues before i get to work.
This app I use for work, now I can't use it due to not letting me go to log in my work orders. Stuck on logs as a button to take pictures on bottom. What happened?
I just installed this on my android. It will not let me log in. I am able to log in on my computer but not my phone. It tells me oops something went wrong. I called the support number and was on hold for 1/2 hour
App logs me out everytime I close it (should stay logged in for 8 hours, like it used to) and I no longer receive notifications, whether I am logged in or not. Please fix.
I love the communication I can have with my co-workers through this app. core support is quick to fix issues that we are having to ensure the best quality of service.
What happened with this update it screwed a lot of things up it logs me out if I'm not active more than 30 minutes and I don't have fingerprint biometric login anymore please fix this
Good comunication app for emplyoees and company. Wisjh my company would up graded. It would make work life easier on all and less stressful.
Just upgraded to a new mobile device, now QUORE is stuck on the work order screen. This is highly annoying.
i honestly dont know what stars to give it because on my new note 9 it constantly says sorry we broke up when accessing different sections of the app.
It keeps stopping and I can't get it to work. I have had the app for around 3yrs and no problems till now
Every time I open the app it has me register my device and now when I get an alert I get multiple alerts for just one issue
Stopped letting me in 2 days in trying to uninstall and reinstall hoping that works....i need this for work. Nope cant check anything....
Can't scroll past certain points in log entries, half of them can't be viewed because of this.
3 years of use and it truly hasn't become any different. Work order push notifications still won't take you to the work order, still no room dashboard for mobile and they removed asking for the desktop version in a browser because they fingerprint or query that it's a mobile device and force the mobile page.When is the last time anyone clicked on a push notification and it didn't bring you to the thing it notified you of? Okay I must be a bit more fair for those coming from paper but still.
