Quppy Wallet - bitcoin, crypto and euro payments

No issues at all. I was able to set-up euro/pound accounts within about 10 minutes (including KYC), opened btc and Eth wallets easily. Bought ETH for a reasonable price and it was processed within 30 mins (I guess it varies depending on blockchain processing time and gas). Happy with the experience and will continue to use for convenience over exchanges

Can't create an account. `Password is more than 12 characters` when it's not After update message changed to `Password should be more than 12 characters`, but nothing happens when I click Get started, with valid password and all other fields. Tired an ungodly amount of passwords,finally got in and it's stuck loading on the main screen. Really bad onboarding process, guys.

Seems like this is one of rare fintech apps that simply work as it should be, without extra fancy features, but stable, working and providing quality service. I missed it! Recommended for everyone who needs and loves neo banks.

I love this app, only issue i have is the fees used when buying through debit card, since we are restricted to euro and pounds, 4% seems kind of high in relation to usd. Otherwise, a very good and private app, i recommend it.

When creating account and opening iban account it is painful to choose a country from the list but it's just a bad design. After account creation and after creating the pin lock it shows the pin method is "standart" you mean standard right?

I transferred 560€ from my revolut , payment was delayed and my quppy account blocked. I got a message from quppy finance department that they were asking for a photo of my bank card that I used to top up my quppy wallet. I informed that it was a wire transfer and there is an error in their system, I attached a confirmation of transaction, generated from my revolut. My message was ignored and I was asked again to show card from which I made payment. Turned out , quppy steal my 560€ !!!!!!!!!!!

It has been three weeks and I still cannot create an iban wallet to deposit euro. How long is this going to take? I am a new customer so I didn't even have a chance to get this done. Heads up would have been great?

They charged me 100 EUR for a dormant account without prior notice. Would not recommend for an account where you need to save your investings.

Mega scam here - It's like someone saw all that is wrong with banking and create an app with all those issues. avoid at all costs.72hrs is the normal transaction time and more often than not it will be declined and will cost £3.97 PER TRANSACTION.. customer service will show you how much they do not care about customers. I will never used this again WORST BANKING APP by far.. They should be illegal.. Their reply below is just another lie.. Just read other reviews and see

This app is scam, i lost my 556 euro to this quppy recently, i sent fund into the account but for over 11 days no the fund never arrived and no reason was given till date After several contact they never refund money.

I just open an account at quppy and i want to verify my account via driver licence and it doesnt accept, they told me to use medium size photos i done this but also didnt accept

Hello , I am not really sure why I was charged a € 3.59 for a just a € 10 fiat deposit from my own bank account. Its rediculous as I haven't any crypto company that charges for fiat fund deposit ,pls clarify the issue and how the company charges for how much fund? This update is a joke! paypal accept bank account in any name, but these idiots (Quppy) does not, and they renamed every holder to "Quppy Europe OU"! The support is also full of cretins, so just stop use this if you can. I can imagine they will just steel everybodys money soon

I don't understand what is going on with this app, everything is a mess. What is the meaning of quppy Europe OU? What is the first name? And what is the second name Your team could have left the app alone This app doesn't deserve this horrible update

I read the comment below of the guy saying he was'nt able to create an account but is so dumb that almost make me fail too the app is just saying that the password should be longer than 12 characters and not shorter

support misled me, non of my sepa payments went through. I just wasted money in useless fess and my time. stay away from this app
