Well, this app is one of the best app for learning the vocabulary of Qur'an . It provides review lessons frequently so that we don't forget the words which we have memorised . Once we have mastered a number of words , we can easily translate them from Arabic to a language and vice-versa.
Really good to learn Qur'an Arabic word by word, I think the revision algorithm needs some more fine tuning, words that I learnt a long time ago are not coming back in the lessons to confirm I remember them. But otherwise a great app
Alhamdulillah, this app is helping me a lot to learn arabic.i really recommend everyone to download this app and learn at least the repeated vocabulary of Quran al H'akeem
Starts out fine but then I lost all my progress and though I got the premium subscription it tells me it can't find any subscription for me. I'm stuck and it keeps telling me to sign into FB. I don't do Facebook and I've signed in with my email but still can't get my subscription showing. I'm going to cancel the subscription. This review was written after I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Update: After contacting the developer it turned out that I had two accounts. The issue is fixed. Great
the "learning session" needs a correction. This holds the app back from being an Excellent app. So, at the moment it's just good. Good to learn vocabulary. The correction that must be done is to make the learning sessions to avoid repetition of the same word. It repeats IN SEQUENCE the same word up to four or five times, instead of jumping to a different word. That does not make the MEMORY work! Memrise (another app) does it right, Duolingo does it right, Lingvist does too. This app should!
Good app. However, it would have been better if it had a one time pay option rather than stream payments. this is because sometimes credit cards in our country have problems with regular international payments. Also, it is difficult to understand as a non subscriber how one can unsubscribe from the membership if one chooses to at some point.
Really good way to learn in small digestable doses through repetition and continuous reviews.
I find this app really easy to use. The revision it gives is really effective and helpful too. And easy.
It's really nice thus far....I had to pay the $28 for a year. Because I'm really into learning how to read the Qur'an and know it's meaning in English.....Alhamdullillah
Nice app, good revision system, and good configurability, e.g. how much time you have for the session. However, for me, one star deducted as it only lets you learn 15 words and a premium account (£25 approx) needed for more; and also this was not clear beforehand. Summary: great app; i'd say worth it if you put in the regular effort!
The app is very useful. You will need only an email account. However, internet connection is needed also. But I have become frustrated because one can complete a few lessons without the premium account. I request you to make the lessons free and set a time limit for each lesson. A premium user will be able to access the lessons anytime whereas a free user will be able to access a lesson after the time limit gets finished.
الحمدلله بارك ألله فيكم Best app to utilise our time efficiently to learn Arabic letters from quran
Just started. Looks gr8. Tech support was really cool with help. Fits with Madinah books so I am thus far awesome! Shame you have to purchase full version inorder to keep learning: would have been of greater benefit if this could be moved further down. (That would give a greater sense of achievement).
Some of the harakat are missing, please fix. Overall very good app. I am a monthly payer.
A really good app for learning: many words, good practice system, I even subscribed for the payment. But it quits from the account every time when my internet connection gets slow. It's quite annoying to sign in every time, fix it please! Then it will surely be 5 stars
Very good. Easy to use and is perfect for long term learning. The app is based on reinforcement learning where u continually revise what u learn ensuring that it sticks. This is a great method. Keep up the solid work developers
So far everything looks good, but it is almost necessary at this point to have the dark mode option, just as anki and quizlet have one. It makes it possoble to learn at night without feeling awake after a study session..
Very good app, teaches Arabic and gives you periodic reminder to review these words to further consolidate your learning. One thing I find tedious is when I was learning the word One, they taught me two arabic word for that which is واحد and أحد. When it asked me what is arabic word for One, I'm not sure which one they want me to answer as it specifically wants one answer. It's very annoying as I know the answer but not sure which word they want me to pick so I had to keep redo this q
I was using the app for a few days, and found it really helps. Even though i did not find any limitation on the learning experience using the free version, I decided to purchase the premium membership, because the app developers deserves it. Great job, keep it up!
Masha allah an excellent app The only thing i would like to say is that it would much better if quranic verses were added with the words as example alomg with a picture or something so as to understand better and also to learn the plural singular past present future tenses of the word so that we can understand in any way while we read the quran. Anyway the app is great and i chose the premium so that more benefits can be added and may alla reward for this ameen... Waiting....for reply
Salam. your app is masha allah really good. but 3.99 per month is really too much. if it was a one time purchase, i would pay $10 happily, may be even $20. but not per month. i am a developer myself and i know how much work you need to put to develop this app. perhaps you can offer a one time purchase option and reap a lot of blessings from all the duas from a larger population of students. jzk.
Alhumdulilah this is an amazing app. However I was unaware it was a subscription until halfway through the quiz. I know that's how you earn money to provide for the apps ability to function but I really was horrified as I was struggling to find a good, free app to begin an Qur'anic Arabic course. So disappointed.
Best app ever! Helps me remember words through many techniques and reminders to review previous words. It's like having a teacher living with you continually making time to expand your words and refresh you of what you learned. I use it everyday and love it
It is not difficult as it repeats twice and you can go back to the text
JazakAllahu Khayran, a productive abs beneficial app, no doubt. However, there are quite a few mistranslations and spelling mistakes from the developers side. As well, there should be way where multiple Arabic words which share the same English translation should be correct or shown to us the different Arabic terms from the same English word. I hope these issues will get rectified, otherwise carry on. BarakAllahu Fik!!
A nice app that reminds you to revise. It would have been excellent if the app integrates relevant Quranic verse for the word it is trying to teach so the user can see it and understand the word in the context. It is easier to remember the meaning of the word that way. Right now I have to Google that word to find out which Quranic verse has that. e.g nafaa in 87:9; baasa 36:52
This app is very useful for us to practice remembering words in the Quran but some translations into Malay are incorrect. One example is the word أنَّ translated "itu" because it is translated from the English word "that". If it is translated directly from Arabic to Malay then the translation is "bahawa" or "sungguh".
Quran Progress is very easy to use and I like that it encourages you to use the keyboard as you learn ( Arabic). Writing is a very effective way to memorize as well.. I also love the repetitive approach... Great App, keep up the good work💯👌🏽
Shukran its a really nice program... but the downloading of lesson and or part thereof is tedious. And limiting the progress of learners is counter productive. Pop up are anoying and anual pricing is ludicrous. This may sound ungrateful but there are similar or better programs available for free/donation ware.
