Horrendous app. Do not be fooled by the supposed discounts designed to entice you. The top up denominations for quube means you will have some remainder, which if you want to use, you either need to find something with the exact price or top up more to make the difference. If you factor in shipping, the price is no better than on the regular q10 platform. This is really terribly designed and I learnt it the hard way. Don't make the same mistake as me.

Pointless transaction currency. Once converted cannot change back. Ever since Qoo10 started to change the app, try to create a crypto currency, everything has just gone down the drain. Should have stuck to being a local regional shopping platform. I used to look for everything on Qoo10, but sadly it was surpassed by other platforms when they lost focus.

For some reason, this update crashes the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled it again and it worked. It appears that when I either set up the biometric or set up the backup file, it crashes the next time around. now just working with password logins and no backup.

Not user friendly. Tried to buy Qcoins but could not access the confirmation button after clicking accept terms and conditions. Q0010 app is better and easier to use. Also quite a lot of items are advertised without the Seller's shop name and Customer Service did not know which shop or did not want to reveal which shop it is. Why so secretive about it? Can't understand. Also Customer Service persons are generally rude when answering the queries. Thumbs Down!

1) the biometric does not work at all after updates. 2) It does not allow me to login on my com (need to print shipping label) and the website crushed. 3) the items for sale are very limited and more expensive (compare with qoo10) I will never use this app and quube after I'm done using my qcoin. THE WORSE SHOPPING APP I ever use.

My Qpoints and coupons aren't even linked to my Qoo10 Account even though im usign the same account. I cant change my qpoints to qcoins because of this. This app is half-assed. Please develop it properly so we can actually make a purchase. Seriously. You force us to use the app but you can't develop the app properly. What's the point.

I'm a Qoo10 customer who was led to creating a Q-coin wallet, which led to opening a QuuBe account. Was forced to use this app to unsubscribe from their newsletter. Even within the app, the settings are quite obscure. It is not clear how this is different from the Qoo10 app.

Still an infant app. Very limited products and need to be mindful that not all items (products/vouchers) can be used in your country. Most items are more expensive than Qoo10.

@ marketing team - the roulette is the main thing that kept my online shopping on qoo10 / quube compared to the other options out there... If you all take it away you might lose a sizable part of your regular customer base. just some honest advice

Find it very frustrating to use. Nevet debit qcoin from wallet but system say transaction completed. Now order get struck and have to endure their slow cust service reponse. I will rather go to other e-store that accept real payment than using this nonsense block chain payment system.

Dining or food deals are of very good price. However mostly only restricted to 1 or 2 quantity per pax. Will be good if can multiple purchase. Hopefully more products in future. Will be better if can give coupons often like Qoo10.

An app that is poorly design to frustrate the users in many ways. I'm unable to make payment even though I have topped up Q*Coin because it requires a difference password which I have forgotten. The link to reset the Q*Coin password is also invalid. I can only hope for a response from Quube team soon. If they don't then the money will be stucked in Quube which pretty much becomes useless

Q*coin getting lesser and lesser month by month. Starting, it gave out 10 Q*coins for full month check-in. Now, it's only 1 Q*coin. Not worth the time to check-in anymore. Might consider stop using this app!

This app's days are numbered. Perks have been removed. Deals aren't great. Purchasing virtual currency to make purchases is really dumb. Qbee previously collected can't be exchanged for nuts. What in the world is this company thinking ? 😾

Think twice if you're going to buy premium price items. If the seller issues a refund then you'll be stuck with virtual currency which can't be credited back into your bank as actual cash

Can't even spin roulette now, don't think will continue with this apps. Lousy service too, order items for months nvr appear send email to ask keep asking me to call a mobile number for help and calling for weeks no one answer.

security is very impt but tis app is totally ridiculous n unfriendly. Password to be set in a manner tat cant b restored once u missed in e 1st step of setup!

Lousy buggy app. Customer service can't do anything on the inability to 'spin' the daily roulette. They don't even understand simple question posed. I gave away my Qcoins. No intention to use this app.

Very sneaky app. My phone detected it uses camera in the background despite that I didn't grant camera permission to it. Use it at your own risk!!!

Good app. Love the song experience using its own blockchain powered coins. And lucky chances everyday to win free coins too.

Cant even login with qoo10 sign in?? Seriously need to fix this app. A need to revamp this Quube app. Unstable app and lot of bugs. This cryptocurrency model is getting way out of logic.

similar to Qoo10 but with slight discounts if you go through the trouble of buying Q-coins. Roulette/daily check in used to be better with guaranteed 13 Q-coins per 30 days but it has since dropped to 3 Q-coins...

did not get any q coin from the luck lounge. the pervious version is better. The probability of getting 10 q coin from luck lounge is 1/1000000000!!!

Still rather unstable. Product range too small. Too many overseas deald not meant for local use.

It will automatic logout and cant login again. I cab retrive my gmail by key in password, but after that i login with gmail and password.... The result is cant login... Rubbish....

Made purchasing online fussy while the whole point of eComm should bring convenience. Price wise is honestly the same, not cheaper like advertised after converting the currency rate of 1.39

Little bugs as usual as other newly launched, but getting better. Love the shopping experience.
