It won't even let you connect to the server and login and the older explorer app is the same as all the budget CCTV systems!! I feel like I've wasted my money on Qvis!
Cannot even set up account to see if works as says Cannot connect to server..check Internet..Internet working fine no problem with connection at all!!
Personally I find App works well and whilst not perfect it certainly does whats needed however just for viewing only. If you want playback etc doesnt work
unable to use this app as well not load camres.on to mob even though ive paid the subfcription 2.99 . made contact with provider No response . up Date 5-2-19 the app Developer as proven to be unhelppful. I am now useing a defrent app and my cctv camer is now working on my phone no thanks to the previous app . i found the previous app not to work ..no refund.from QV Pro .ive uninstall there app.
Beyond a joke Cannot even add my new CCTV system to the app without paying for an "upgrade". Completely non-functional - don't waste your time. Not even worth 1 star.
Rubbish. Try creating qvis ID as requested by app and get message "unable to connect to server check your internet connection" 4G on phone full signal with 5G router. Just doesn't work.
Lost all cameras a few weeks ago now and can't even sign in? What's going on?? Interesting that it seems I'm not alone with this problem after reading other reviews.
App stopped working mid-December 2019. The sign in keeps telling me it cannot reach the server. The website secureadata.co.uk doesn't open either.
Does not connect. Server issue. Why is this issue not been resolved yet. Not good when other apps work perfect 100% of the time

Very slow and laggy , keeps kicking me off the app aswell. Hopefully find alternative app to use ....
This app is still not working. The server issue is still not resolved. And no update of what is going on. This is a joke!!!!!!
Unable to use this app at all as it won't let you register an account, just spins for ages and eventually times out.
Can't even make an account, it says network error when my phone is connected to WiFi.
Was working just fine, since Nov 19 had no cameras at all and cannot sign in for some reason, terrible service nothing.
Unable to register saying can't find server. Total waste of time!!
Sort your servers out As the others have stated, we have lost access to the servers in Dec and no fix in sight shocking.

terribly slow and laggy, crashes most of the time and goes blank or simply just freezes and i have to restart the app for it to do it again worked better on my old iPhone but on android it is useless. Needs a serious overhaul. is the worst cctv app you can possibly have. Have all the cameras around the house but trying to use this app to remote view them is a complete waste of time. Hopeless......
