The concerts are fantastic, but the app itself is so buggy it is unusable many times... When I click on things, nothing happens, or it freezes. Please, please work on this. An app like this deserves to be better.
Wow, this app sucks. When casting to my TV, the sound quality is terrible. The sound doesn't sink up with the video and the video disappears sometimes to show just a black screen.
Good quality content.I find that upon starting the app it might crash a few times before it gets stable. May be cache-related but once it's going it's as smooth as Mr. Quincy.
I hope reinstalling this app fixes all the glitches. Some content doesn't load, and sometimes click able content wont allow you to select. Great content, but overall the app is glitchy
Badly designed app. I installed it. Opened it. Then I was asked to sign in. I finally determined that this is a subscription APP, but only by googling its history. No where on the app did it say that, and neither in the app is there a way to find out how to subscribe. There also is no "help" link. I am at a loss.
Terrible app. Have a subscription, but login does not work (no reaction to clicking in the login button). Guess I will have to stick to the PC... Contents are great, but app is lousy...
Fantastic videos but terrible app. If you try to stream it on your TV it glitches very often. Please get that fixed so I can enjoy this music in peace.
It's what jazz and other genres need. Documentaries are great shows are amazing. I've been happy. I use the website though?!?
Can't login, and no option to password troubleshoot. I'm paying a premium every month and can't use this. 1 star until I'm helped.
just signed up but when i try signing in on the app it says error ocurred also the unsubscribe button on the website doesnt work.
The content is great, when it works. The app is absolutely terrible!

The app crashes when trying to cast to my Chromecast
Shame, the app won't allow me to sign in, so I have to sign in via the website.
You can't even sign in.... Keeps crashing.
Qwest TV doesn't have customer support
Is this 2020? I can't believe that an app that requires payment can be this non functional. I should have paid attention to all of the negative comments.
Can't load videos if scroll down below the screen after I choose a category.

I can't even log in to the damn thing.
Joined during a summer deal they were running. Sadly the app doesn't work it crashes often and when I actual get to a video I want and hit play it crashes. Ive had this for 3 week and still have not been able to watch a video.
