R Bank Business

This app is a bit old. No mobile deposits and transactions take a while to show up. It needs to be updated. I am debating on switching banks because others offer so much more

Good bank, terrible app. Their last app was rock solid, not sure why they threw the baby out with the bath water. Spent 30 minutes trying to enable biometric authentication... still no luck.

Had issues with my account not showing up which i had to call rbank, they had an update about a month ago that didn't link business accounts. Once fixed my account now shows up, did my first Mobil deposit so going to see how it works out.

The old apt had better features on it. Like if I wanted to get a quick check on my balance. I didn't have to login everytime.

I can't exit out of app when I logout have to force close app and I can't use quick balance I have it turned on but app won't let me use it

Password policy is too restrictive, too easy to lock out.

A good bank and I like the new app. Much better than the online experience

The app is great there are just one or two things I liked better on the old app

Terrible app never works

Still needs a lot of work.
