I really want to love this app, but I have installed and uninstalled several times and I still have trouble loading/functioning. The screen stays blank and white for several minutes, sometimes never getting to the login screen at all. It is so bad that I try and wait until I can get to a desktop to check into my business, it is incredibly inconvenient. Please spend some of the revenues we bring to developing a working platform that works with both Android and iOS.

I can't get into Comms Corner for more than a bleep of a second, from my Android phone or tablet. Very frustrating! And there seems to be a lag in data compared to what it shows on desktop. I've also had a few customers delay their orders, and even triple check, but it never gets updated before the 20th of the month. Thankfully it's following the website, but it causes stress when it doesn't update in the app & I'm concerned it might inadvertently process.

The upgrade is still causing so many issues for me on Android that I never had before. I get the single sign-on error message all the time. I uninstall and reinstall the app and then it works fine. But the second time I try to log on after the reinstallation, I again get the single sign-on error message, so I have reinstalled this app about 30 times. I would like this to be fixed if possible.

Same as the others, older version worked fine. Update just gives me a white screen as well. Ok, since you have worked on fixing the issues with the app, it works great! At first I didn't think so. Logging in was a little slow so it was showing a white screen that seemed to last for a bit. I thought oh man this is not fixed! And then I realized that I hadn't updated the app. So I Uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it works great! Thank you very much for all your hard work to make it right.

July 2019 update. Now it says either my email address or password is wrong (they are both right), I tried uninstalling & reinstalling, but it didn't work. Update: Most recent version worked ONCE, now the blank white screen is back. Terrible. The old version was just fine, this one won't even start without freezing my phone.

Can't log in ever since my credit card expired for my Pulse subscription. Updated all my info, everything is good. Waited a week. It just keeps denying access saying the username or password isn't found. There's not even a link to try to verify all the info is correct, literally nothing to help guide you to reset a password or anything if that's what it's wanting.

Since May 2020 I've not been able to go to Comms Corner and sometimes the Library or Payday. Been working with tech support since June and all efforts to resolve are failing, despite their attention to this. Today, 9/2, I was told to uninstall / reinstall the app as it has just been updated. I did that (again) but only see the 8/2019 version, so no changes. The app is also slow to keep up with monthly sales/orders, not reliable. I found the app very helpful until May.

I've been a consultant for a year and a half and have been subscribed to Pulse the entire time. About a month ago, I started having trouble with the app, I can no longer log in to the app and keep getting an error message that says that my email/password aren't working. i have contacted R&F 4 separate times now over the past month. Apparently an IT ticket was opened in order to get this resolved. I have not received any follow up from the company nor any kind of resolution. Very disappointed

Rather disappointed with this app. The previous version worked better. This is the 2nd time I've needed to uninstall it and reinstall just so I can perform a sign on. Even called corporate and they couldnt fix the sign on issue after password resets. A bit frustrating since I used this app all the time and my mobile phone is my main business tool. Please update and fix the signon bugs as soon as possible.

Omgosh if I didnt have to give it 1 I wouldnt. I've now had 2 PCs get orders that they needed different items for but everytime I try to work, I'd rather throw my phone. It is 04/29, yes I know month end madness but I'm done. This has been a problem over a month, I've deleted it and downloaded it again like 10 times. NOTHING IS WORKING IVE TRIED ALL THE RECOMMENDATIONS AND IM BEYOND OVER THIS!!!

I have downloaded the newest app numerous times, uninstalled numerous times, and still, the app doesn't work. I never had an issues with the old app. It makes it very difficult to be in touch with PCs and keeping an eye on new orders.

Zero stars is more like it. The old version worked great. I downloaded the new app and it just gives me an error message when I try to log in. I called R+F and was told to "wait" and they would look into it and evetually provide an update to fix the issue. Well it's been a week and still can't use the app.

Redownload the newer version but it still gives me downloading issues. Honestly every time i tryy to use it, its a different issue. 1. It doesn't always open to its home screen, sometimes its a blank pg or i have to open ut from the store 2. sometimes it works but its slow loading things. Im using it on android new phone. last version worked great for me.

The updated app is still temperamental. It works inconsistently; I still get a blank white screen sometimes, though. I can usually resolve it by restarting my phone, but that's kind of annoying.

When it does load it has a lot of functionality. However the last several weeks (even after the update) it just gets stuck on a white screen so long my phone falls asleep. I have only gotten it to work once since the update.

I never had an issue until a few days ago. I am unable to login, the app says my email and password are wrong, which they are not. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times now and the app still says my login is wrong. I rely on the app for a lot and I'm really upset I can't get in.

What is going on with Android nit being able to access Comms Corner?!?! It's so very frustrating. I can't access it through my Pulse app or just entering the link into Google. This has been going on for a few months now, and I've been hoping you ball are working on it, but I still can't access it through my phone. I can login for like a millisecond before it kicks me back to the login screen, so frustrating! Please fix this!

I updated to the new Pulse and it installed but now all I get is a blank white screen. The last version worked fine, though. Update: I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and it continues to have this problem. It works one but not after that.

The new version is terrible. I have to uninstall and reinstall each time I want to use it. I can log in once, then I just have a white screen the next time I open it, therefore, the reinstall each time. The latest update did not fix this issue for me at all.

Can't stay logged in on Chrome when trying to access Comms Corner. Immediately reverts to the loading screen after 2esecs. Since you removed the need to login every time, I would love you add a fingerprint option to unlock the app.

Super disappointed that I cannot get logged in. My user name and password are correct. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and I'm still unable to log in. However, if I use the same login information via Chrome I can get in and check my Pulse. Please fix this, it's been going on for months. 😞

For the past couple of weeks, when I try to log into Comms Corner or the Library, I enter my log in information, I get in for a split second, then it takes me back to the log in screen. It's so frustrating.

My previous version worked fine on my S9, was forced to install this version and it keeps giving me an error, and I can't even back out of it I have to just hit my home button. Useless app if I can't use it.

i keep recieving a 'Single Sign-on' error despite install , uninstall and reinstall. please fix. ETA. I can't use the app without uninstalling and the reinstalling it each time I try to use it. Very frustrating! I had no issues with the old app and now the new app isn't even usable.
