I have nothing against the app itself. However, I got a negative experience when the subscription model changed from a one-time pay of $5 to an ongoing subscription. When I had to re-image my phone, I lost the old subscription (app was not able to find it). I would like to be grandfathered in, if possible, and have my old subscription re-instated.
I really like this app it's helping me a lot to learn R on the go. Edit: thank you for the quick response! It works in the new update. Old review:(My only issue with the app is that there is no ctrl-Z option. I've lost huge chunks of code because I wanted to run a selection and accidentally hit a button. This is a problem since the app autosaves your script, which means you can't even get your code back by reopening the file. If the developers were to fix this the app would be perfect.)
The r. packages that come with the app are all there no need to look for them on the internet, all of the inportant ones.
its a good app. i can practice what i learnt during my one and half hr. one way train travel but the app crashes when i click share button on plot screen. and also need to share the appis invisible text and other plot elements. please make those visible to allow lesrning data anslysis during travel. and on red mi note 6 pro, with android 8.1.0 no selection menu in bottom right corner.
Very disappointed. Not working offline, not finding many packages like outliers or mvoutliers, listing of packages is very slow as they are installed on a distant server, so it's a lie to advertise that you can install packages after paying. You can't. Not able to change working directory, which is not even present locally, also on server. Not able to run a piece of code without selecting the whole thing, which is terribly impractical. Useless for me. A joke. Better off go with GNUroot Wheezy.
First off, I'm very impressed at how well the developer responded to issues with the app. It still returns an internet connectivity error sometimes, but other than that it's at least working now.
Really very very nice app Thank you very much Its very helpful to do my assignments I just loved this app,❤️❤️
I purchased this, but it does not remove its ads! Moreover, it will not do its job in some situations, suggesting upgrade! But does not upgrade nor restores purchase. Something is wrong with this
Great, I would have gave it 5 star but it can't store value For eg->(1) if i define a vector (v1) and if i have to use it again somewhere. I have to gate it value again and again because it can't store its value Its kinda frustrating (2) Please dont give ads in output bottom. How am i suppose to see output clearly
App is really good, just if you could increase it's importing power. As of now data sets greater than 1 MB cannot be used as an input.
R in your pocket !!! Who would have thought. I really like the idea of an R app rather than an add-on R package to a console terminal as it allows focus on the key target, the R programming language. I like the tailored editor, nice implementation. I've used an Octave Android app and this looks and feels much much slicker. The beauty of R is that it is cross platform. The portability of R means that ideas can be tested out on the go. So in a word, brilliant .
I understand that the developer need ads to make money. But the ads in this app too annoying. I don't bother use it anymore. Uninstall immediately
for light work and daily cosing excercise during spare time it's very handy. some syntax colour sometimes confusing but ist okay. hope there some improvement in the future. thank you
not very usable. Yes, it can run your code but it needs some hustle to use. I expect Rstudio replacement here to run on my Chromebook+.
It's nice to be able to work on a program anywhere. I would like to know how you can create a function for general use in other scripts. It seems like I have to copy and paste functions I have written into any script where I want to use it.
graph are limited and require subscription
Nice app. Works fine. Capable of working with special functions. For example, erf(x+y) and erfc(a-b) can be evaluated after defining erf and erfc , using pnorm. This app recognizes pnorm. Great for scientific programming. Please keep the app updated. Thanks 😊
Nice app and I making progress with my understanding of R. Is there any way of saving data to my phone locally. I have tried and the working directory tells me I am on compiler server, I think? Really meant saving a data table.
At first run, of the opening sample code, the program asked for "upgrade" to the pay version. I immediately uninstalled it. It seems R is only for the PC or Raspberry Pi.
I like this app, works well, you can paste a previous made code and see the graphics. Thanks! For this development!
This is great, but when I try to run gganimate it seems to stall... dplyr ggplot and datasets seem to be all there and work great!
Uses an online service to compile and run programs. Has ads that are displayed when code is run. One other thing I'm missing is magrittr pipe syntax.
everything is great apart from the fact that you have to pay for graphs, which are quite essential to R in my opinion.
I expected a working interpreter compatible with 3.8 and higher. This app is using version 3.4. Unacceptable!!
Excellent app. Makes a great "pocket calculator" for statistics buffs who know a bit of R. Wondering whether a coin is fair: binom.test() is your friend.
The description text in the plot graph is too small, can you enlarged them to the scale? I can't see them clearly
It doesn't work. It requires internet connection and sometime ads appears.
I purchase by paying 360 rupes but it did not got upgraded.plzz look into the matter either upgrade the app or returned my money asap.
Please get the copy and paste option inside the app because we can't type the code mobile it's just a second source to check the code on the go
Why is the plot button not appearing in the bottom right corner at times ? leading to me not being able to see the plot. If I am unable see the plots consistently then what is the use of subscribing ? Issue resolved by kappsmart promptly. Thanks for this.
