Same problem - unable to connect, server unavailable after i reboot the router I have to repeat the entire proces - log out, log in rs4 gateway, log out, log in in ready for sky If i am on my home and there is a power failure? No connection to the kettle

Fails to register. Either "The name is occupied" or "Error" error appears.
Connection to the server is not possible Update: Yes it helped. 4 stars because there is no info about this fix directly in app. If I hadn't written a review, I wouldn't have received these instructions.
