I love Rabbit for the most part, it helps me watch TV and movies with my long distance partner. But this app has become trash: the videos load way too slowly or not at all, they keep playing when I pause them, the screen is stuck in landscape mode even when I turn my screen, and I can't see the keyboard to talk to my partner. Please return it back to something functional.

The purpose and design is rather simple, and when it works it's great. I have a long distance relationship where watching shows together even tho we're far apart is awesome. This should be a feature with Amazon/Netflix to begin with, in my opinion. ...and while this app is free, easy to use, they have been having connection issues for a long time. It's a frustrating 50/50 hit-or-miss when trying to watch via any service.

Okay so the actual video watching part has been revamped, it's more like a video player rather than a clunky web browser. The group's work okay, crashes sometimes, but I've figured it out. The biggest problem is not using this group function with computer users, which kinda defeats the purpose, cause that hasn't been revamped at all. To those who read this, the "old system" is in the public rooms button, then it's pretty much the same as before.

My friend and I have been having a movie night every Friday. Rabbit started out great until everything was confusing and changed the way you find everything. When you try to start up a movie it took several restarts to get it to work, but eventually was able to get it to play. It would also occasionally glitch while playing. It steadily got worse from there. Tonight I can't even get the app to work properly. It doesn't load the movie at all, tried everything. It's getting frustrating. Please.

Since the most recent overhaul, I've had to jump through hoops to join my friends' rooms when they're streaming from computers. UI is not very intuitive. The back button leaves the room you're in without any kind of confirmation text, making it entirely too easy to accidentally close the stream (what's worse, there doesn't seem to be a cookie for locked rooms, meaning you have to request entry EVERY time you leave).

The new update improves stability from what I can tell, but, as evidenced by the latest 1 star reviews, the new layout is very confusing. The most important omission by far though is the friends list and there's a small bug where SwiftKey will retract after a message is sent. The most glaring issue for me is how different the site is compared to this app, most notably the whole groups feature is completely absent from the Web page. My suggestions? Add the friends list back, make public rooms easier to find and not in a retractable blue squared section in the main menu, make the normal room chat more like the new one to add consistency and add more control in the group room, as well as a camera option. Overall the app still needs a bit of work but with the addition of a friends list alone, it will be much better than the previous version.

The original design was amazing, super easy, etc. The big update that changed the entire platform and UI was....so awful. such a wrong move. The app is barely recognizable and just even more convoluted and difficult to use than it already was. Every single thing that was made to be more "simplistic" was simply counterproductive. Using the app is super unpleasant and frustrating. would no longer recommend to anyone.

This is great! I have a Twitch streamer i watch, and every now and then we have a movie night kn Rabbit and its awesome! Just one problem though. When you first hop on to a party, the keyboard is just fine. But a little while later, when you tap a key there is delay by 1-5 seconds. But if you reload the app or go back to it after going to the home button, chat is fixed. If they can fix this my rating would definitely be a 5 star!

This update has been quite horrible. The app keeps crashing, you can't start videos at the beginning, and you can't put on subtitles. You can't control any settings at all actually. And you also can't view webpages together anymore. When you type in a url absolutely nothing happens. The screen doesn't change. I tried to download an apk of the old version but it didn't let you use it without updating to this. Please change it back.

Please fix this app, Rabbit!!!! There's several issues that need addressing which is a shame because I really love watching things with my friends for which Rabbit is amazing but sadly the app's faults always get in the way of the viewing experience. First things first, as we keep watching, the keyboard starts lagging up to the point where typing is basically impossible. The lag is not a keyboard issue as I faced the problem on all keyboards including third party ones and the default Google keyboard. My friend also faces the same problem and the typing lag is only applicable to Rabbit, it disappears as soon as I try typing something in other apps so it's inherently a problem of the app itself. Secondly there's several times where the screen goes blank, we call those "black screens" and this happens for no apparent reason. Third, as soon as we switch from rabbit to another app, if we don't come back to rabbit in a few seconds or so, a network error message appears on top of the screen which makes it impossible to type or access the screen unless we keep pressing the retry button and even then the screen just blacks out. I can't count the number of times I've had to restart the app just for it to work again. Please fix the app!!!

Previously a 4 star app at a minimum: I had really appreciated the in-room interface, they did an excellent job balancing layout for video+webcam+chatlog on mobile. (Doing a layout for that well isn't easy!) It's just a shame I haven't used that part of the app in a month because they removed the entire reason I use the site: the friends list! I used this app to keep in touch with long distance friends. Which is why a "friends" list is a very valuable thing. Why aggressively segment your userbase? I don't get it. Mobile and desktop don't appear to have a way to connect (if they do it's more hassle than it's worth, I'd rather just connect to the desktop site on mobile). You don't need to reinvent the wheel guys, you had a great and functional app, here's hoping you bring it back. ,(and if/when that happens, I'll rate this app 4-5 stars).

The best of its kind but not perfect Consistently glitchy, often refuses to work. Has a limit of how many rooms can be used at once so you will be queued sometimes. I wish the app worked better because it's allowed me to watch TV shows, movies, and YouTube videos with my long distance boyfriend--and that's something I greatly appreciate.

The updated is complete garbage. Before the update setting up a private room for my friends and myself was simple. Now I have to deal with groups? The info on this app says that it's easier to navigate now but I disagree. It took an hour to figure out how to use the group feature, and I'm a 17 year old, my generation is literally known for having their nose in their phones at all times. My video was even more laggy then before, when I typed something into the chat while I was streaming it wouldn't let me turn the screen, and it's just overall a disappointment. The app was 10x better before this update; now it's not even worth using. To anyone reading, I'd look for an alternative; at least until they can fix their mistakes.

Like everyone else said. By far the worse update I've ever had on an app and I never complain about apps. It won't let me log into netflix or hulu. I can't even search on its browser. Unable to connect with friends. Heck it won't even play ANY movies. Seriously what gives? This is the only app I've ever seen where an update completely rolls back on everything it was meant to do. Basically all it does is open.

It's a bit slow compared to the PC, but that's probably subjective to your phone. It's honestly of the best apps to use with your friends. Something like discord but for watching shows, tv, etc. There could be improvement on the phones virtual computer controls to make it smoother. Especially, with scrolling. But otherwise, for a free app, this is a ridiculous deal.

I hate the new update. Previously I only had minor issues with audio, but now I have major issues with basic functions like inviting my friends via rabbit. My friends list has evaporated and the interface has not become streamlined, it's become tedious and confusing. I believe the new group function is unnecessary and quite frankly, would very much like to return to the old format of rabbit. Rabbit has never been kind to mobile, and it seems like the new update has only cemented that tradition.

The layout changed from a simple elegant functional design to one that doesnt work, choppy in performance and doesnt allow for ease of access like it used to, starting a room to watch with friends used to take seconds now you need to invite them to a group and can only start the video from that group for them to watch. No other option lets you play the video and it gives you an error, after finally getting the video up, trying to send the link to other people leaves them with a blank screen.

The latest update is pure garbage. Why isn't mobile application synchronised with computer version to begin with like it used to be? Options now are greatly reduced, some episodes are even missing, sections such as Season of anime can be so messed up that you don't know even what you are searching for. Reverse the update and it will become great application once more, at the current state it's really awful and I wouldn't recommend anyone to actually use it.

The updates have taken away a lot of what I liked about it. And the interface is not as easy to navigate as it used to be. I'd also like the group rooms to have the same features as the public ones or be able to put the public rooms to private again. I miss the old rabbit. Especially the feature where you could see what people planned on watching at a certain time. Was able to plan time for something I wanted to watch and have a chance to catch the beginning. Met some cool people with that.

The app used to be really awesome on all platforms but after the latest GUI update for the mobile app it is now terrible to navigate and even worse to find your friends, add new friends or manage your stuff. It is still unchanged for the PC version so I would recommend to only use the PC version since the interface is easier to use and has more stuff.
