Disastrously managed change in apps. I used the old app with no problems, then it starts telling me 'work is going on'. Upon getting frustrated with this message I check the Rabo website and discover the old app has been decommissioned. I'm guessing the new app isn't in the app store yet so people are installing the 'banking app' (secured by RSA token) as opposed to the 'savings app' (secured by digipass). Not good enough Rabo.
This app has not been working for months, I am unable to login. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no improvement. I rang customer service and they said they are working on it, but that was weeks ago. I rang our local branch and they didn't even know it wasn't working. We run a business and this is not good enough.
Absolutely totally useless. The app was working fine but the last few weeks it says it's under maintenance. I go online and find they've decommissioned the app! Thanks for telling me! My money will be going elsewhere now. Somewhere where I feel it will be safe.
It was good, but for the last several weeks have been unable to log in. Deleted app and re-downloaded it. But still nothing. We run a business, we need on the go access to our account.
App was basic at best, then it stopped completely. 3 weeks later. A call to the local branch, and messages to rabobank via facebook. Both said they would get back to me. Both didn't. This is not good enough Rabobank. At least inform us.
Been broken for months. Having uninstalled and reinstalled, it looks like the issue is a lack of support for Android 10
This app seems to be defuncted now. A new version that works can be accessed through rabobanks official au website. It links to google play store. The new icon for the app is black and white and works fine.
Very pathetic app will not load it used to work hasn't been updated since 2017 I have called the helpdesk said they would send an email to the IT to sort out.
what a load of shiii. the first problem is it doesn't work. tye second problem are the imbeciles in charge of changing the old app (that worked fine) . out
What on Earth??? I need to see pending transactions between my accounts and my usual app is supposedly being worked on. I went to the online banking site but that does not seem to show pending transactions. I am now on hold on phone to Rabobank and have been waiting for a cso to answer my call for over 20 mins so i can find out how to upload the new app. It's obviously a disaster! I'm assuming the phone line is over busy with customers like me wanting to know what's up!!! I need to access my mone
Complete failure, unusable, bring back the original App. Will uninstall and wait a few months. We are looking at other banks for our funds.
Why change something that was working well? Can no longer logon, registration process is broken and makes zero sense. Utter disaster!
Hopeless. Just won't work on new Android phones. Tried to ring eventually got on. Going to get back but never did. Will now move to another bank
I have uninstalled and installed this app 5 times and it doesn't open. Even after upgrading it. This app is useless, disgruntled customer
Can't get it to work. All other bank apps ...no probs. This one.... just hangs all the time... does nothing. Avoid!
What on earth is going on? The registration process bares no relation to the information you sent me years ago and I can't access my account from the app or online. Fix this asap
What is the rsa token number? Couldn't even register.. gave up on this app. Uninstalled as it was easier to log in online.
I was never assigned a username nor an RSA token... tried typing in customer number in username, and my passcode + digipass token number, doesnt work... I really find this annoying...
app has not been working for weeks , this is not good, i will be moving banks, in this day and age apps are a must, so now i have to waste time on the phone
Rubbish app. So often unable to access. Have to delete and reinstall often
App has stopped working Samsung S10. Uninstalled and reinstalled. No luck.
Confusing - Website instructions lists digipass - app uses rsa. Old app says unable to connect try later - In app notification to install new app would of been helpful.
what is this abomination? what user name? what 4 digit PIN? why are my login credentials as per the other app (that worked) not recognised? why are the HELP instructions useless?
Ap is glitchy with limited functionality. 5/10 it wont logon, especially with poor phone reception, which given an ag bank would be a problem for a large portion of customers/users.
unresponsive bank and services. very basic, child-like app.
Gonna be closing all my accounts thanks to Rabos lack of ability to create, operate, administer basic applications. just terrible.

rubbish. had to install this version because you've disabled the original working version. immediately crashes upon opening with a null pointer exception. so.... it appears that you have to install the rabobank AU/NZ app to replace the rabodirect app
