This is ridiculous! The app hasn't worked in over 3 weeks. Uninstalled and reinstalled no difference. There is absolutely no reason why a bank should have gone this long with no resolve of the online app. It's an absolute joke of a banking app at the best of time, but this is just ridiculous. How are people expected to just deal with this kind of service? Will have to Stick with Westpac online banking for awhile. At least the App and the customer service is on point for buisness owners.
Downloaded and it didn't work. Uninstalled and then reinstalled and still didn't work. Disappointing as it would have been very useful. Would not recommend.
Pretty useless, requires fixed WiFi, won't work at all when only mobile data is available! What's the point of having an app that won't work when mobile???

App stopped working. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still not working. Ridiculous to have to logon to my internet banking on my computer just to check my balance

No longer working! C'mon Rabobank get it sorted in this day and age a working banking app is essential for business. Might be worth a change of bank if it's not sorted!
Never opens, shows the rabobank logo screen, goes all white and does nothing. Frustrating app.

Hopeless does nothing on my Samsung tablet. All other bank apps work. They say they have corrected it. Not so.

Nothing simple, at all, about getting this app to work. I will have to give it a miss because I simply cannot get it registered or get it to work!

I really wanted the app just to be able to check my RaboDirect account only to find out that the app didn't work for me, only for those who have an All in one account. This is extremely frustrating 😠
I was excited when I saw this new app. But then dismayed when I tried to login and found that it doesn't work for Rabodirect customers. When can we get an app?
Happy to say I am now loving the opportunity to access my banking via this new app!! It has good security and has some great features. Can't wait to see what's next, thanks Rabobank 👍
I had the previous app working. But lately it only reported connection errors. On the Internet site was the info to uninstall and use this app with a new registration necessary. Registering for the first time is not explained at all. I assume the somehow combined passcode is made of the last numbers of the Digipass device ID plus an Appli-1 answer generated by it. But since the next step is an abort because of poblems with the Rabobank banking system I cant verify...
