Just one of the worst apps I have used. A majority of the time I can't access individual account transactions due to a "Technical Error ". Have had to reinstall app several times because it thinks I am "experiencing issues". Darn right I am. And it has the audacity to ask for feedback everytime you exit. You can imagine the tone if the feedback after being unable to access accounts. This might make me feel better, but it achieves nothing as the issues persist. I could change banks....

A decent first version of the app which is great so that you don't have to have the digipass with you in order to manage your savings. Weird behaviour with the OS back button, doesn't seem to work and have to tap back in the app, all the way at the top.

Update: just won't connect. Pretty bloody useless. now telling me I'm not connected when everything else works. Second major issue with app. (Wouldn't let me login. Tried to reset app and I now get error telling me customer # and code dont match...help desk no help, tried to reset at their end but no change. Update: Got a new phone and it worked when reinstalled. Shows it isn't cleaning up all the app settings when removed.)

it's good that I don't have to use my digipass to do everything, AT LAST. However, only having a PIN isn't super secure OR convenient. Please introduce biometric authentication (e.g. fingerprint) ASAP, if you care about security at all. My only other comment so far about the app is that it didn't honor the phone's back button! What gives? This is a BASIC usability requirement in Android apps. REALLY bad mistake there guys.

Good to see there is an app at last. Basic functionality is similar to the online website. App works but is quite slow to retrieve data, as is the online website, and also slow to move back to previous page. Phone back button does not work.

Unable to login "customer number and code do not match". Have logged fault with Rabo, and after suggesting uninstall/reinstall/clear cache/reset something at their end to no avail, they have stopped contacting me to attempt to resolve this. I believe the only way to get this app working is to use a totally new phone, that has never attempted to login via this app.

Awesome you have an app, been waiting for a long time :). A few things to fix. If i enter a pin and confirm with the wrong pin, it should allow me to start again rather than staying on the confirm pin page or have away to start again. Now it just gives me Error: Try again later... it also seems to take a rather long time to authenticate me... Im looking forward to seeing what it looks like when i can enter the app! 5 stars for expectations!!!

Great to see an app finally, however I don't seem to be able to access full financial details of matured term deposits on the app or via the web. Also you no longer seem to be able to personalize the name of each account as you could do before the recent changes. I haven't worked out how to set up a new Term Deposit yet. The YouTube video shows you can but where? The changes may be one step forward in one area but many steps back in others. I would prefer the past features back.

It actually works I'm impressed only took 10 years but seriously, it works perfect for checking balances and doing transfers but i haven't used anything else. It's good not needing the digipass but does lose some of the security.

This app is unreliable.. sometimes I go to open it and it just freezes on the icon at the start. I have had to uninstall and reinstall so many times just to see my balances!

No issues with the app. Works fine. Version 1.1.7.

Yay we have an app. it's not perfect as you'll see in the other reviews. But the basics work and I don't need the digipass anymore so I'm giving 5 stars to encourage the developers to get it running smoothly.

Used to work, not now. Bug fix that just came out didn't fix the app saying there is no Internet connection. No other app has problems, just this one. Hopefully a fix comes out soon.

App tells me it needs an update.. I click to update and it downloads than inclixkmopen and it tells me I need an update and round and round I go in a loop. Tried uninstalling and installing again but that didn't help either

Not so good app. Does not allow to go previous page by touch the go back button on the bottom of the phone. Only allowed return arrows on top left and there are no turning off the app option.

I've only have this app for less than 2 months and it's now twice had errors that won't let me sign in and need a complete reinstall and re setup. Hopeless!

Login errors, Saying I have an internet connection issue when I try to login. I can open other apps with no errors. And I've used this app beforeand and had no issues. Not sure what the issue is with this app at the moment?

Unable to login anymore. Tried reinstalling app, same error message "oops blah blah blah reinstall set up mobile PIN blah blah call blah blah blah" I already had a PIN that was working fine. Frustrating and inconvenient, now I have to access accounts through mobile browser or laptop

Working well with S10 plus. Would be good if it could offer the choice of using fingerprint to login and there is no 2 factor authentication either.

Can't log in any more. Get same error message others have reported. Tried reinstalling but same thing happens. Code at bottom of error dialog is M03. Will review again and rate accordingly if/when it is fixed.

App is below average. Put in pin and wait, and wait, and wait for your data to show only to have it time out and ask you to put your pin in again. Waited over 20 mins. On advice from Rabobank I have uninstalled and reinstalled app. Same issues. Very frustrating.

Said need an update. Done. Then log on easily as used to be. No problem whatsoever. ( samsung s21 ultra running latest Android version)

So many bugs! Now it keeps saying it needs an update and won't open... and there is no update available.

You don't appear to have improved the login experience at all. I uninstalled, reinstalled then followed the instructions to setup again. Responds with error and I can't login. Was working before latest update.

it's the basics. not flash. great to have an app but i wish it was better. Edit: Same bug as others. Connection issues even though all other apps work.

Was working fine until recently, now tells me I have connection issues when I enter my Pin. Well duh! But the issues aren't at my end. All other apps work just fine!

They seem to have ironed out the probkems I mentioned, after a complete uninstall and redo it is working for me so far. I like that I can title my accounts so I know what to put where. Long may this continue.

Keeps saying check your internet connection. Also applies to the AU version not helpful nothing wrong with my connection ANZ app works perfectly
