For all I know this is not a game. This is actually a simulator for the horse races in Hong Kong. And it is supposed to predict the winner.

Almost like real races. Should include the horse body weight / speed rating too. How about simulate for Spore races too since both side almost have the same racing fans.

It is just what the app thinks who will win every race in Hong Kong . And one Google user said he wants to make it to gallop racer, if you want it to happen then make it by yourself fool. And the description did not say it will train or breed.
