Racenet – Horse Racing Tips, Betting & Form Guide

This was my favourite app to use, clean UI to see relevant stats and relatively easy to navigate, yes there was issues with trying to log in via the app but I forgave it as it wasn't a deal breaker. Now behind a paywall for everything that was free before. Add the audacity to still run ads after subscribing. Thumbs down. Will find the inevitable better service to fill the void these people created for themselves.

If the last upgrade wasn't bad enough now you are forcing people to update your App otherwise it can't be used at all then when you do you are forcing them to spend $19.99 a month to use the features. This App bombards you with constant Betting Agents and for the past year has been going down hill quickly. Now to find you have the balls to ask people to pay for information they can get from other FREE websites is a disgrace.

Older version much better to use. New app keeps scrolling back up to the top ads Every time you make a selection. Soo annoying. I use the speed map heaps, new app make it difficult to use. You have to keep scrolling back down everytime you select between starting and finishing speeds. Now even the website does the same.. Having to keep scrolling down after you make a selection. Update. Scroll issue fixed. Failed points-next race scroll, double menu when scrolling down, return to form button

Almost unusable with all the auto refresh areas. Every time you scroll up the page it refreshes. So frustrating. Small issues seemingly introduced recently: - blackbook upcoming races follows no logical system. Used to be sorted by meeting then race number - generally slow - buttons on main form page are slow or unresponsive, including expanding sections. Painful. - can't access form page after midnight for international races. Have to go through results section to find next race. - etc

Feb 2022. Latest update now locks features and need $20 monthly fee. I have used racenet from the start and I refuse to pay for this previously free service. Charge for any new content if it is worth it, but to charge long term users for the previously free features is the type of mercenary conduct you can expect from News Corp. If you had a blackbook this is held to ransom, pay $5 per month or you can no longer access it. Pathetic. Glenn Robbins would be spinning on his grave. Ruined it.

Ever since update cant access my blackbook. This update was a downgrade.

Trying to get the results to work is rather hard on this app. I find that trying to select the racing location the hopeless on the results page, I have been closing the App down and reopening the App again just to get the next locations results. I have tried updating app from play store but problem still exists, any ideas?

The app has been great to navigate but don't like the idea of paying for access for things that use to be free. Uninstalled

From what was recently the BEST phone app for racing in the world, it has become basically unusable. It is glitchy, it skips up and down when scrolling, whenever I scroll to the right to read form it refreshes the page. Whoever decided to change it to this total abomination should never be allowed to make ANY decision EVER again about ANYTHING! If anybody knows of a good racing app please hit me up. Did anybody even check it before you decided to update? This is a joke!

New design is not enjoyable to use. Whether it's just on Android setup I'm not sure but it doesn't feel optimized to the phone, feels more like using a desktop site from your phone. The refresh slide down feature is too sensitive between selecting different races.

i have been a fan of this service 4 along time...excellent...& as a long time reader of the "sportsma"..your digital is on par....well done..& i do not say this lightly.....

I'm so glad it's not just me based on other reviews. This app used to be the best of them all for the form on your phone, now it is trash. Nothing clicks properly, always refreshing, and just outright terrible. I will be looking elsewhere for another form app if this doesn't change back.

It used to be a good app, now it's not as user friendly, it's slow and the form guide on horses doesn't drop down most of the time it freezes. The old app was better by a country mile.

Ever since they changed the style, the app has gone downhill. Used to be a good app, but become unusable now. Refresh areas, slow navigation are the start of the issues.

Great tipping, love the form reading and verdicts, easy to navigate, everything you want for the racing fan. Would also be great if the team would add UK horseracing.

I'm not exaggerating when I say this is hands down the worst app I've ever used. Developers have left no room to make this app worse. 100 monkeys on 100 computers would produce a better app. There is no issue with the tipsters or information only the App developers. I work in IT and have worked with incompetent/inexperienced developers but nothing on this level. Mark Twain couldn't put into words how miserable the experience of using this app is.

Used to be a great app buts its new update is simply atrocious. Its made things slower and much harder to read the form and the layout is a mess. Go back to the older version so the app can be useful again.

Good place to look up the form, tipping there should be ignored and a lot of the articles are a waste of space, when U try to get your password reset the email never comes. A lot of problems but to do form it's great .

Was a great app until half of it was put behind a $20 a month subscription, actually such a waste, I will be uninstalling

Loving this app. Particularly like the market movers alerts and had some punting success based on them. As a casual punter its useful. Detailed and slickly designed overall. Im using the Plus version

As this app has become more used for advertising than its originally focused agenda of doing form, I find it takes longer to set a page up, tries to be over smart with its page planning, and for me has lost its mojo.

Gee whiz , this new version is a nightmare , to slow , to clunky and unresposive . Very dissapointing , i will looking at other form guides for my racing information . Please fix it , Thanks

Used to be great for supplying accurate race analysis, now unusable. Last update destroyed this service. Roll back the last update or lose all of us tragics for good. Clunky, touchy and slow.

Don't know what you did with the update, but this awesome app is now terribly slow and just about unusable. Fix it! And now you expect people to pay for full use, what a joke!

The service could be better when they fix the glitch on the Android Mobile App, races and scratchings are a jumbled mess, someone needs to spend time fixing this issue.

July 2021 update has absolutely killed what used to be a great app. Latest version is painfully slow and clunky. Can't have been tested properly.

Main Usage for Black Book following , great resource from my perspective information is easy to access and navigate . Very knowledgeable punters that often comment on up coming race's and the state of racing , I learn a lot through the community . I've had the account for a few years and recently downloaded the App . Market Movers is also good .

RaceNet whether the old version or the latest mandatory updated version they will serve the same purpose that is to complicate and creating brain challenge so this remains a game of chance....no one will come to give you fish but teach you how to fish so to be fair use your own intuition and animal instinct to achieve your goal....all for one and one for all
