The program doesn't work half the time, even when you're paying for it. RaceTrac customer service doesn't even pretend to care. They don't even bother to respond to support request enter through their official support Channel. If after 30 or 40 attempts to contact them you do manage to reach someone at RaceTrac, they will simply point you to zipline. Another 20 or 30 contacts to zipline, when you finally reach someone, they will point you back to racetrac. Bottom line, this app is useless
Loyalty program not working. I didn't the lost password and such and still not working. The store clerk was rude saying it's not been working for a while nothing we can do call the number and complain. I know I'm not the only one but yet you keep taking the monthly fee....so I don't recommend the app or the loyalty program....it was good for a few months then nothing...
The app still doesn't work. Racetrac asks you to reset your password but you can't using the app or by visiting the website. Customer no service only sends you an email to reset your password as a fix to not being able to change passwords. This is not legit and seems like a plan to "accidentally" not allow me to use the 11,000+ points I've already earned. Fraud??
One has to rate a single star minimum to post. Not worth one star! App has not worked for at least 2 weeks. Advertised as any size fountain drink being $1 + tax and the attendant charges you $1.61. They scan the app at checkout and you show them it is supposed to be the $1. + tax. Reply is it didn't do a discount. Time to delete app and head to another establishment.
None of the functions work. Can't even access through the web. Points are all gone. Opened app to upgrade to VIP, no way I'm trusting with my card info after seeing how unresponsive both the app and the site are! Heading to QT.
I understand needing to maintain a level of rewards, but the rewards coupons and the app in general never work! Why build up my points to get to the register and find out your app (STILL!) isn't working? Can't wait to find out all the points I've been earning by not getting my drinks for free have also failed to accumulate so I won't be getting free drinks anymore. Oh wait. I'm all ready not getting free drinks anymore...
When it started members were given benefits that did not expire. Now, they do. Also the system hardly ever works when you go into a store. Very frustrating. As soon as I use my points racetrac will lose a very reliable customer. So disappointed they chose to screw over loyal members of the awards program.
Not enough of a discount that disappears too soon, employees have no sense of urgency in the store the app doesn't always work didn't last time and the pump actually told me I had insufficient fund to put in gas when I had $19. + Change in my account, perks are impossible to get to more savings is needed to make it worth the space it takes up in the memory of my phone!
Since the update, what in Dec/January? My free drinks under King level never populate. Have not received my free drinks at all. Yes, I have used help in the app and emailed. Also points do not add on all the time and sometimes the scanning systems are down. What is going on and when will it be fixed?
Update has removed purchase history. Now I can't verify that I am receiving my points. Very clever for them to hide when they don't properly credit your account. Update 2/25/22, still missing purchase history, BTW rules for tiers and points now expire and are impossible to reach and stay at "Sultan of Soda" level. Update 3/4/22, now can't log in,-4 stars. Update 3/5/2022, I can log in again still can't review purchase history. 4/16/22 thank you purchase history is back
This app is always down, does not work, I only downloaded it because stopping at racetrack was convenient right next to sons school for my morning soda to save me money but it never works. I will start going back to circle k from now on. It wouldn't be bad if the cashier would say I will look into it, they just say I know nothing about technology, I don't use it.
Would be nice if you could pre-order food. Otherwise it's just an information app that you really can't do much with. Other convenience store apps offer 100 times more capabilities than this out of date app.
Far too clunky. In order to redeem points, there are far too many hoops to jump through. I shouldn't need to mess with the app at all. Other places, you just buy stuff and it asks at checkout if you want to exchange points for whatever discount you are eligible for. This app fails in comparison.
Since the update, I can not sign in. My account is associated with an old email so I cannot retrieve my password. My old email was only my sign in,, I had updated my current/notification email years before the update. I cannot set up a new account because my phone number is associated with my old account.
Absolute POS, I'm at so-called Sultan level with over 6,000 points and can't redeem them in the store anymore. They tell me delete the app reinstall the app, delete the password select new password . Nothing works, now I'm getting tired of entering my phone number when I buy fuel for company vehicles.
I can't use any of my points!!! The people at the stores can't help or aren't interested... Call toll-free number about a month ago and they couldn't help and it still doesn't work... It worked fine for years before you fixed it 😃
I have this app and was in prince status with 286 points, forgot my password so I made another one now I only have 4 points this needs to get fixed and my points put back needless to say I'm pissed off, it's 3/20/22 and well guess what here we go again this app has took my points after an update once again after an update wants me to update a pass word when I shouldn't have to and I was past. Prince mode once again long story short this is a worthless app,
The app signed me out, and absolutely will not let me sign back in. Says my password is wrong, then gives me an error when I try and reset it every time. I tried everything including deleting and reinstalling the app. I've put way to much money into RaceTrac to deal with this. I guess I'll just start fueling up at the competition.
Love it! Super user friendly, great savings, You earn points as you shop. Then you have a reward catalog you lselect items to use points on. Then when you go to the store you can put your phone number in or have cashier scan barcode for reward card before completing check out. I picked items as I walked from fuel pump to the inside of the store, I then picked up the stuff I choose, put my # in payment terminal and that quickly free stuff plus 10¢ off a gallon. They also send useful coupons.
II don't go there anymore. I have been stacking up points for several months and when I go to use them it allows me to redeem multiple items in the app it's in the app however when I go to pay when I go to pay it does not allow me to choose the single item then it will allow me to redeem at the register. Instead instead it picks the least expensive item to redeem and does not give you the option to forgo purchasing the least expensive item bottom and therefore just takes the points off for bot
I can't open the app anymore. It says update available and sends me to the Google app store. There's no update option. I open the app from the store, it sends me back to update. I uninstall and install the app. It sends me back to update. I restart my phone. It sends me back to update. Additionally, who the hell in marketing is spinning the new policy of expiring points (that I can't use because the app doesn't work) and knocking me back down to zero tier at the end of every year.
What a garbage update. The changes to points and tier rewards only hurts your customer and makes those of us who have used this app for years. I only go to racetrac because of the points. I am in a truck everyday and fill up about everyother day. I always get a coffee for free(not since the update) and i buy something while there. The tier experation is another slap in the face. Especially for people who dont go to a gas station as often as i do. Even i dont think i will work to keep my tier.
I have been a loyal customer of Racetrac and I have never been able to redeem my rewards. The app is terrible and no support is offered. I think I will find a new gas station that values my loyalty.
I was looking forward to my free swirl world cup for my birthday but the app doesn't do anything and no awards are ever added to my account!! Today is the last day to use my coupon but it's not working.
Tryong to use my points is USELESS NOW. I go to click on an item and it asks me am I sure I want to use my points, but there is NO yes button to push?! The pop up is blocking the yes option because it's too big. PLEASE FIX! A simple "are you sure? Yes or no" is all that's needed, not a long winded HUGE display🤬
It requested my debit card info. I thought it was so I could get items from the store. Only to find out it doesn't allow purchases. The app doesn't need my debit info for any reason. What will be done with my card info? I only gave one star so I could post this review. Also some employees are under the impression use can make purchases from the app. The only reason I downloaded it. 😨
