This would have to be the worst, slowest App ever, I used it for a long time mainly for the Pick 7, now everything has changed again, will no longer accept my password even though my password has never changed. If it ain't broke don't fix it, I have had enough, so frustrating when you try " the forget password" option and just returns you to the homepage, you can keep the 100k, the frustration is not worth it! Deleted!!

Maybe I got hacked 2 weeks ago on Pick7. Cannot log onto this app anymore. And no help from you guys

Terrible, you are trying to fit an entire web site in this App. Check out the NSW racing App. You can watch replays without knowing the results. Some of us work through the day and enjoy watching the replays without knowing the results. To much going on. My phone is new.

App works ok, but since you put adds in the latest update some race replays have massive lag/ loading/ buffing time. Also some race replays don't show sectional times eg last 600m last 200m sectionals. Seems like the app has to much detail to be stable plus the Bet 360 adds that pop up all the time seems to make the app alot slower and sometimes make the app freeze altogether.

Since the app has been changed I can't log in to see race replays. The app won't acknowledge that I exist to login and if I try to register again as a new member it tells me I can't because I already exist! I can't win. Have sent three emails asking for help and no-one has bothered to reply. I'm not impressed!

This app and website is the biggest load of garbage I have ever used in my life hands down. The amount of times that it has sent me around and around to confirm email, you're in restrictive mode ect ect "sending confirmation to email" gets no email. Absolute Rubbish.

brilliant in all aspects. clean and crisp in design and very easy to navigate. Well thought out I reckon... poops all over the old one that's for sure!

Updated the App today and nothing loads or works. Restarted it but worse then it was. I hope it only my phone or a glitch. Yikes. Uninstalled, reloaded and only shows an empty red screen. Nothing else. Samsung S9.

With the new app cannot watch live racing. Site just keeps buffering and for us oldies it seems like too many choices. Keep it simple.

Good informative app, with a great free Pick 7 contest free to play, with some fantastic prizes if you're lucky enough to win. Tips from experts are detailed. Definite must have.

I don't know what you have done to this app . You have changed policies which I have read and agreed with ,but when I submit that I have read policy it goes to join now then nothing. This for pick seven where I already have account. Since this I can't enter the pick7

I'm unable to gain access since before the Holiday break. After ticking the 2 boxes & pressing submit, a message comes up Join Now & nothing happens. Is this due to me having a Samsung & not an iPhone ?

The app can be great BUT has alot of glitches and incompetent updates. I constantly have trouble withy black book. Which is the main reason I wanted the app.

This app continually crashes and freezes on my Galaxy S8, very annoying app, the developers should fix it as they dont update this app very often!

I'm on android 9.1, yet trying to install app returns a dialogue 'my device is not compatible with this version' yet I've had it on older phones no problem.

Everything is a good experience on this app, exept the black book has some issues with working correctly. It need improvement!!

Great form, access to race replays is first class, racing articles and news is excellent.

I can't deal with this app, it is so so so bad. Information never loads, it's constantly not updated. Awful. Forces you to use RISA every time

Continuously getting notifications. Not sure how to turn them off. Very annoying.

The last update caused videos to launch in duplicate lagged sound. Very annoying.

Doesnt open properly even when reinstalled but it used to.Problem seems tied up with all integration by Murdoch outfit? Thats when problems started.Racenet will have to do

Ok but get annoyed having to continually touch the screen so the screen stays on during a show or race.

Big race day, failed. Good content, but if the app does not open 30 min before the jump, what's it good for?

Greatway to keep up with sa andvic racing. Sometimes the log in fails and its hard to fix as forgot password does not work

This app is a waste of time,never updated correctly,doesn't give out all dividends,compared to other apps,this a shocker,my opinion..

Why does the audio double up on race replays? The race call starts and then an ad comes on over the top, then the race call restarts over the already going race call?? Google Pixel 2

Forget password a nightmare. When i went to log in with new password it was rejected. I will watch the races on tv..no drama!!!
