Its not a very good looking game and even for its low quality it still has a bit of load time. The controls are horribley designed too. Way better games out there that are exactly like this.
This is merely a clone of "Ultimate Motocross" by Sofu Game (or well, the other a clone of this one), with the exact same menu and options, and the same problems and issues, apparently. Only the graphics were changed to something Tron-like. Still, not a good game. Sorry.
