Rack Room Shoes

Works but it's really slow. This app needs to be updated because everything in the app loads very slow. It takes forever to put filters to narrow down a certain size, style, color because it takes like a minute for each filter to load. Also I've been getting random errors while I'm on the app.

I used to find this app more user friendly than the mobile site. However, it's not compatible with Samsung's Galaxy S21 phone series (or at least the S21+ & S21 Ultra). Every app I had on my S9 works just as well, if not better, on my S21+ except this one. It transfered to my new phone & appears on the home screen, but I can't open it, uninstall it, or delete it from the phone. I tried reinstalling it via Play Store, but after loading to 99%, I kept getting an error that it couldn't install!

It's crazy I see reviews from 2019 about not being able to pay for items. I figured it should be working by now, but it's not smh. I enjoy shopping at this store and was looking forward to buying my shoes online. Not fixing the app is very unprofessional and lower the standard that you all may have. Clearly everyone loves your store but you all need to fix this app asap.

Doesn't work. Add shoes to cart says product number not found.. On every shoe i tried!! Then go to cart and there's 15 pairs there but at $0 and you have to delete them all. Doesn't show that you can have any shoes shipped to you or pickup locally. App is garbage. Ordered on website just fine. Deleting app!!

App used to work great. "Then I updated it." Its impossible to search for shoes, there are no categories. When you click shop it does absolutely nothing. Such a shame, I used to shop here for all my shoes. Guess I will take the app destruction as a sign. Hopefully they return the app to its former version, it was much better.

App will not open to show what's in store after a few seconds shows~ 0 items found

Downloaded the app. Once you open the app it takes a long time to load. Hit back button and takes you back to play store. It's frustrating. I tried for 20 minutes to get in. When I finally did I hit the back button and that's when it kicked me all the way out and I uninstalled the app. Need to fix the issues with your app Rack-Room.

I had downloaded this or order some shoes not even 2 weeks ago. For some dumb reason, I deleted the app (I normally never delete apps, they just sit there unused for months). Now I can't download it. It gets to 55% and gives me an error message. I've tried all the troubleshooting tricks. It's the app.

You have to call customer service in order to set up the account. Annoying but ok. In the app, the "We use cookies" pop up with every selection you click on (shop, account, etc) and my favorite: you can add things to your wishlist, you just have no way to VIEW your wishlist. Genius devs forgot to put that as one of the options. F-, just use the website.

Was horrific! Couldn't get past the payment so did the live chat and explained situation. She gave me a number to call to place me order over the phone. Boy, was that intersting. Was tempted to hang up a few times because I couldn't understand him. Very broken english. Bottom line, I just humg up because I wasn't getting anywhere with him and just didn't feel comfortable with the whole experience!

If this isn't the worst app in existence I'd hate to see what is. I had the hardest time trying to check out. It just kept circling back around to the cart and wouldn't progress, whether I tried PayPal or regular checkout. I finally gave up and logged on my laptop and had no issues.

This app is awful!!!!! Everytime you click on anything and try to go back it takes you to the home screen, which refreshes all of your filters. Then if you try to put something in their so called wishlist it wants to choose your rewards.

Great app with good sales, BUT when you use the back button, it closes the app. It's frustrating because you set your filters and then click on a shoe, but can't go back. It's a lot of work to actually browse shoes....

Awful. Every time you save something new to your cart and exit the app, it deletes everything from your cart. Plus, when you hit the back button while browsing through the shoes, it closes the whole app.

App is ok but the issue of pressing the back button closing the app needs to be fixed. Every time you look at a pair of shoes you have to start completely over to look at more.

Horrible app, crashes multiple times a day. Have to uninstall and reinstall constantly just to open the app. What a waste. If you can't fix your app then maybe you need to not have one.

This app is malfunctioning. I can log into my account on the website, but on the app it continues to say the info that I've entered is incorrect. I set up a new password and the same thing happened with the new password. 🙄

App looks nice but navigation needs improvement. Need to fix previous page option because selecting the back button kicks me right out of the app and I end up having to start all over again with my search.

i can't sign in. literally typing in the same password that works on the website, but i keep getting the "wrong password" pop-up. my guess is they implemented a different password composition filter on the mobile app vs website.

*Big Call out to the Developers* This app is horrible. I do not have the convenience of the app, have to use browser as alternative. I work late so by the time I get off the store is closing. Really hope this is fixed soon I absolutely love shopping at this store and would love more if I could use this app. I am always recommending that people shop here, I just avoid advising the use of the app. Please fix soon so shopping will be more convenient for the average worker. Always buffering & takes forever to open.

Wouldn't update on my Galaxy S21 Plus. Tried uninstalling and downloading it again. Won't let me install it now.

Awful app.. When you search, it takes forever.. Not enough filters to narrow down what you want. It's like someone just threw this app together real quick and didn't check it out.. I will Uninstall immediately! Too frustrating.

I've tried several times to install this app and I get an error every time 🤔 I've never even had the app on my phone so I can't uninstall and reinstall it. It just refuses to install on my phone....

The app definitely needs work. Says sign in is successful, but never leaves that page. Constant orange circle going around and around. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled, still the same.
