Each title can be purchased individually within the application, and the video content replicates that seen on the DVDs available for sale through RAD Enterprises, www.radenterprises.co.uk. Video content is then downloaded to your device, for viewing offline at your leisure. Further titles will be uploaded to this application for download over time.

unlike the other comments, i hv been able to access the video without any problems. note, it can be played rather than download. However, a few issues...1. can i still access the purchase grade if i change phone? 2. would be nice if the video can be played at various speed for learning process. 3. can i download the video on my pc rather than my phone so not to take up space in my phone? 4. sometimes it takes a while before it can be played.
Would love to know if there is some way to cast content to a bigger screen (I.e TV). This would make it much more useful for the $$ you pay. Currently very limited
This would be a much more useful app if you could mirror the videos so kids could dance along how they would with a teacher. Very expensive given this lack of functionality. Hardly used because of this.
An okay app, it would be better if it has a feature to cast to TV so children can watch on a bigger TV rather than a small device.
** Update: also the customer service hasn't answered any email. I downloaded a while ago, purchased one grade, and after changing phone can't access anymore. Now I downloaded again, tried to purchase another grade, and it told me it's not available in my country, wouldn't allow me to change country, and also took 1 dollar from my card for nothing... dreadful.
Wonderful app, have had it for 3 months, has been a wonderful help, but recently it has started stopping and exits the app in the middle of routines.
So I love this app and my daughter uses it all of the time but I cannot download the individual years. She can only see the videos on my phone. Im not able to get them on her computer.
Downloaded the app. Can not purchase any of them. I tried reinsall, reboot, and even a different phone. Still nothing happens when you tap buy.
Not Happy at all. Unable to process download, despite doing so previous years. Under pressure from teachers to use this app, but it's inaccessible, despite following the developers suggestions. Please fix
I accidentally payed for the wrong grade and instantly went to try and fix my mistake but couldn't also there are grades missing
Don't waste your time or money. It won't even download the video I paid for fully and stops partway through every time.
I had purchased the grade 3 videos, but had to reformat my phone recently, and it seems that my purchase history has been lost :(
Managed to download the app but can't seem to purchase the items. Tried several attempts and failed to purchase anything.
terrible . I have bought five grades. got a new phone .same no but couldnt download them again. now it doesn't recognise I had bought them at all. 300 dollars down the drain.
Can't cast to tv which is a must for this type of content. Try doing ballet with a phone in your hand.. think people.. think.
Can't download Grade 4!! Have reinstalled repeatedly. Know others who are having the same problem. RAD please fix!

You have to pay for all the music but helpful for teachers and before exams
Installed it on my phone but cannot purchase the grade I am after?? Tried to uninstall and re-install but still didn't work?
Would be good if it had a casting function like to chromecast.

Why does the app only go up to Grade 5 for females? That's not very useful.
Bought the video but could not download
Great app, especially now the slowed down option isn't just on iPhones. One error is that on Advanced 1 female the exercises aren't cut correctly. The end of the ronds de jambe exercise is cut off and plays in the glissés and jetés video instead. The glissés and jetés are missed out. Plays fine if you Play All though.
