Paid for this and doesnt even work anymore ?
If i pay for this app i expect it to work a 100% . It keeps on showing network error when i try to sign up or use Skyview. Once i get a refund or you get this issue fixed I'll give you five stars. It is a great concept but if you charge me almost 5 bucks for something that only works half of the features I give you 1 star and that's it
I purchased this App on 09/08/17 for $4.99. Since then it has not allowed me to sign up via the phone I purchased it on. I have tried to contact you through the app and it keeps showing "network error". As somebody who is involved intrinsically with the aviation industry, having a top notch app that can give me precise information is an absolute necessity. Unfortunately I feel I wasted my money on this app.
UPDATE: A month and a half later this app still won't run. After numerous emails to the developer they would not respond and I would get an email saying case closed. I started emailing daily 2 or 3 times until I hit a response. They reset a password responded via email asking what version of the app I am running. They have been absolutely would warn anyone thinking times I open the app,I get "unable to connect to database" on wifi,cell doesn't seem to matter. For what this app costs, I would stay away.
this is now the 7th time I have contacted you your support is a total joke even sending a message to you Doesn't go through even that is saying server error not available I want my money back you are obviously spending the money you receive from the app rather than actually responded to support questions. I will be posting to play store and face book also. Too add if you want to let the developers know feedback you can't their linked server is down. Avoid these charlatans there are better free products out.
One star is one too many. Thought I might give it a try again, as a 3rd choice behind FR24(gold) and ADSB. Usual message "network error" What happened to the massive update promised last year. This awful app hasn't been updated for nearly 3 years. Finally got the map screen, sat looking at it for at least 5 minutes waiting for a plane to appear. How anybody can seriously use this app must be very easy to please. It does look reasonable in AIRLIVE. Shame the mobile version is not fit for purpose.
Paid for this app and it hasn't been working for quite some time. I wish it did work but it's not worth using when you click on a plane to view flight info and it crashes.........why, what happened to this app. Fix it and I will go e the app back the 5 star rating
Not picking up local helicopters at all, updating sticks then jumps 50 miles plus.....getting worse I'll delete this app and try and get my money back. After re-installing it yet again it still won't pick up nearby flights,, the skyview won't work says error connecting which is amazing because it works with other similar apps. This was a good app but now ..... forget it. I'd like my money back but I doubt I'll get it as they still have not replied to an e mail sent 2 months ago. Nov 20 2016 signed in on a desktop computer and tried to access the info from an aircraft that had flown through an area close to us all I could get was a flickering box tried again 5 min later and same thing happened, I'm now getting annoyed I'd like my money back PLEASE
I am very disappointed with the app. This app just find the Airliner aircraft and it closes when we try to use the skyview. Few information about the aircrafts. Please refound me.
Just installed this application, and its giving this error message. Also tried to make account without success.

AR view doesn't work on ZTE Axon7, Galaxy Tab S, Galaxy Note 7. Now I'm getting server error and see no planes on the map either.
I originally left a 1 Star review but, through my own fault, I hadn't used my original Log In details. This was preventing me from accessing my account with RadarBox24Pro. All is resolved now but, it isn't exactly faultless. I can accept this and this is why I give 4 Stars. Just need to change my old Log In address.
App will not allow me to use Skyview. Keeps bringing up error message unable to connect to server please try again later. Also cannot register an account with them
It's broke and won't allow features to be used. Slow and hard to interpret due to errors.
This had worked in the past and it was an OK app. But today on top of a hill with a great mobile signal, it just hangs. Tried uninstall and reinstall. Now gives a server error message.
Doesn't let me sign in and doesn't keep any settings. Support sends one mail back by default when asked for help and thats about it. No offer for refund after purchase! So don't even try if it's working I want my money back!

It's really not that good. Tried to log in but it keeps coming up with warning messages. Get flight radar instead.
Very bad application. I am reading only one message: the server could not connect. Try latter. Application dont work properly.
Installed the free version and liked it. So bought the full version, tried to use extra functions app stopped responding. It dose this every time. Useless tripe.
Great new update ..5 stars now that the Altitudes have been added ..looking forward to the next update ..just one thing I would love to see is the tags staying displayed ..some times when there's a lot of flights on screen they disappear but it's not important.
I have just lost $4.50 on this app doesn't work that well I have a Samsung J5 will not let me create a account comes up check WiFi connection (which is good) try searching for flight number nothing happens....I was looking forward to this app😢
Really disappointing. I have purchsed its pro version but its results are very poor.
Constantly crashes and provides inaccurate information. I work at the airport and I would love to see this work. Please fix.
