Sorry for the low rating this app is actually like 4 stars because of its unique targeted user base and features. I just needed to ask a question here- I deleted my Facebook account connected to my radiate and I got a new phone now. I still have my old phone and can log in but I'm wondering if I can somehow someway transfer my info from my old radiate to my new one?? I don't want to start over again after almost 3 years on the app 3
This is a good app for ravers or meeting up with people. I didn't know where to buy party favors, until I downloaded this app. Warning there is alot of horny dudes on here that only likes pictures.
It's a great social network with a fantastic concept, but it needs some work, primarily regarding notifications - there is very little control over them. You get notifications for replies to posts you commented on one time for the remainder of time. Yup, if someone comments on it a year later, you get a ding. No way to "turn off notifications for this post" like Facebook. Also I get notifications for "trending" posts that literally have one comment... How is that trending? This is why 3 stars π
I love the concept but I really wish you would fix some of the bugs. (I'm a developer, lmk if you want help!)
This app serves all the basic functions of 3 or 4 different social media apps but specifically for festival goers, bass heads, and ravers
Pretty much the Ultimate Rave dedicated App, but not perfect based on App design and user experience. it definitely needs improvement in that area!
It's a great concept, but unfortunately everytime I try and turn on the 'nearby' feature in the moshpit, it just keeps buffering. This is really annoying as I primarily wanted to use the app to meet ravers that live near me! (Or at the very least, in the UK) But it just won't seem to let me do that. So renders itself useless to me. I don't really see much point in swiping through loads of profiles that live in another country, so we will never get to meet up. I have heard this app works better on apple devices - but I only have a MacBook and it won't let me install it on there (only iPads). My phone is an android. I hope you guys can fix this problem soon so I can use this app!
fun, like you can ask questions (like places to but rave gear) and people answer. there's events. people advertise things there selling. its really interesting. life what Facebook should have been
Love the premise, execution leaves much to be desired. The app frequently disconnects from the internet and freezes.
imo Radiate would be much better if it had a sort of "Profile last active" feature or something.
Can't make a profile because there's a bug with creating the handle. No matter what you type for it, even if it fits what it tells you can only be included, it won't accept it. Way too buggy.
Let me start off by saying this app for android has gotten a little better since I first downloaded it. That being said, there are still a lot of bugs and it's slow and doesn't always notify me for messages. I was willing to deal with most of the problems until I saw this app on an iPhone. On iPhone this app runs and looks so much better. iPhone users even get extra features that android doesn't get. Android users matter too
This app has so many bugs and force closes 90% of the time. Every time I try to post a picture it says that it's having trouble, I'm trying to sell tickets for a festival and its not reliable at all to get in touch with people. This app notifies you that someones trying to message you but wont tell you who. This app says it was updated October 1st but there's now way, it's extremely bothersome
My friend lives in LA about 10 miles from me. But it shows one time that she us in Algeria, when she was in California.
It's a dope way to connect with people before you get to the event!
I dont know what happened but started using the app after being away for a month and the chats keep resetting to the most current entries after fetching 3 or 4 times for older entries. seems like a permanent effect regardless of uninstalling and reinstalling. otherwise solid app π€
Great app, but lacking so much. From scrolling issues, to displaying old posts in the main feed. Unable to tag people in responses making it impossible to @someone. The app has so much potential just needs a lot of polishing. It's great for the big events, but not so much for the small local ones.
Super excited about finding this app.! NWTecho was shut dwn way back when(?); I just cant believe it's takin this long 4 somebodie(s) 2 come up with something of the same type. I've taking a few years from parties mainly steming from not having a way 2 find parties 2 go 2. But have been really antsy lately wanting 2 go 2 one, I'm really leaning towards an EDM somewhere!?! Please feel free 2 clue me inπββοΈ
Good idea but full of bugs. Most of my fb friends who have this app don't show up on my profile and there is no way to search for them other than swiping through tons of people. There are no search bars at all on this app which is very annoying. ADD SEARCH BARS!!!
The app is pretty cool to meet people to make rave squads and whatnot for festivals. However, I am giving 3 stars due to not having names next to or above messages in the group chats. It simply has their picture and when there's squads of like 50+, it's impossible to tell who's who. Also notification updates/message updates are quite slow compared to when I had this on an iPhone to a Pixel 3.
Doesn't work properly with Android. Great app and I use it, but it could use some tweaking to get it to send notifications to my phone. And before you ask, yes I have all notifications for this app turned on. Just doesn't send to Android.
Tbh one of the best apps. All about Edm festivals and if your hometown event is not on there, message the creator and they'll add it on generally pretty quickly. Also, yes it bugs a little by playing their videos without wanting to but that's easy to look past.
I have no experience with this app. I've downloaded it throughout the span of two years hoping that you'd be able to make an account without Facebook. Tinder went with that route and allowed for more users. I'm not really down to make a whole Facebook account for an app.
It's good but it has a lot of glitches. When you want to text someone sometimes u have to pay. And sometimes the payment doesn't go through. But without the glitches it's a fun app have met a nice guy off of here!
This app is janky as hell. Videos autoplay and the sounds keeps playing even if you exit the app or go to a different section of the app. Errors when opening a notification. Auto refreshes that ruin your place in the timeline.
Great app! Kind of buggy at times. It occasionally opens really zoomed in like it's formatted for a tablet, but if I close and reopen it's fine. Overall keep up the great work!
This app is definitely going places with the right development. There are a pretty decent amount of small bugs in the messaging/matching side of the app but they don't break the app or anything. If I could recommend new features straight to the developer I would definitely ask for dedicated artist pages just like the communities for events. It would make it easier to find discussion on artist tours that don't qualify for a dedicated event page.
