This App has a special search function. On this search screen the found frequency and signal strength of a transmission is displayed for a given start-end frequency during a time-lapse.
A point is set in a graph for each found transmission, so it's easy to see what are the busiest and quietest frequencies in this band.
Permission is needed to write and read to the /storage directory when installing this app , it is for writing and reading the table-files and the search log file,this is done in this location , so the user has access to these files.
An OTG cable is needed to connect your USB device to the scanner.
Device manufacturers can choose whether or not to include OTG USBin their device ,so check if your device supports it,most devices as of 2013will do.
You can get this cable for a few bucks at Amazon ,Conrad etc. It connects your device USB port to the Uniden scanner cable.

I was not able to get it working, when app opens there is some error about java (impossible to read as it dissapears quickly. then the app starts but is unusable - no buttons are shown. Pixel 3
Works great on my phone but not on my Chromebook. Likely not the app's fault but it would be great if it could work.
Photos and media don't really have anything to do with the app working especially the photos why is this asked, All you developers want to do is be nosy

Hi. Scaner uniden BC125AT not support? UPD. Press key "Conn" - print "Error opening USB port". UPD. Scanner connect to PC - worked. OTG Cable +SDR dongle connect to smartphone +SDRtouch - worked.
Does as described , no adds Works great on my Samsung Express smartphone but not on my LG tab error opening usb can this be fixed ? So 4 star not 5 yet.
Works great on my Pixel 2 but not my Chromebook. It can't detect the usb connection. Needs to ask for permission (or ?) to use the usb port. I wish Google would add a flag or something to force open the usb ports for someone that wants to use them.
