Good music selection. App works well experienced over several years and phones. Can be a bit of a data hog if you pick higher quality streaming. Only wish is that the music selection be a bit wider and changing. Now that I have been listening my fav stations for about 8 years now, sometimes it feels repetitive. By the way I have the premium subscription, worht every penny. Ads were so repetitive and out of my interest areas.

Had a better experience when I used this app on my iPhone, and recommended it often. The Android app seems very buggy and crashes often. And I'm not sure if this was an intentional change - music sometimes does not pick back up after an ad plays. I have to go back to the phone/ app to press 'play' for music to start again, and very often, the song that starts is the tail end of the song that had played before the ad came on. And this process can repeat itself again after abt 3 songs.

I like the radio, but the app is sooo slow, unbelievably frustrating. I hate it. I mean, sure thing my S3 is not exactly the king of performance, but what the hell? There are lots of apps that work perfectly well on it. This app's performance is just the worst I've encountered so far. It loads for ages, then lags and freezes in every possible situation. And the buffering unsurprisingly takes a long time, like at least 5-10 seconds

I don't normally post reviews, but I've been using this app for several years now and I think that it deserves some credit. It has maintained its quality and the ads are respectful (unlike other agressive ads in other apps that make you want to uninstall immediately). I'm not suggesting not using premium which I'm sure is excellent, but as a free user for years, I love the app. It has music for all the moods, so I can choose depending on that and match it. Excellent song variety too! Thank you!!

It started off well. Downloaded the app after giving up on the sister app produced by the same company when that Jazz Radio app kept on stopping. This app requires a sign in, which I did, all seemed great, my music choice playing without issue right from the start, until I either let the phone go to sleep, turn off the screen or navigate away from the app to another activity on the phone, if I do anything other than let the phone stay on, with the screen on, the music just shuts off.

Forces you to see an add, this is what not used to be... Uninstalling... Edit (after developer responded): I do understand that free version may include ads. However, that used to be voice ads which interrupted playing music, play the ad, than back to the music which is perfectly fine. Now, app stops the music, forcing you to wake/turn on the phone and physically respond to the ad. How I'm supposed to do this while I'm driving (and streaming to car stereo), or doing other work with busy hand?

Only 4 stars as there is always room for improvement. I don't usually rate aps but for Radio Tunes it's deserved. I use it quite frequently and as a free user I couldn't be happier. A great selection of stations, infrequent and not really obtrusive ads. Keep in mind they are stations so yes there are repeats of songs at times. Definately recommended!

It's very much like a genre specific radio station. With wide selection of stations although some are very similar to each other. Songs played on each station have a very long list and songs aren't repeated often. It's nice to be able to select favorites among stations and songs and that makes stations easy to find.

I've used this app since it was Sky Radio. Unfortunately, with my phone upgrade from Samsung Note 8 to Note 10 Plus the app crashes consistently, won't download, stops streaming while playing (buffers be doesn't connect), getting error message "app not responding". The only thing that fixes it is to uninstall/reinstall and sometimes that doesn't work. Please fix the app cause I really like it. NOTE: before you suggest a subscription, its not in my budget.

This is a great way to access some excellent music. The subscription is cheap & I highly recommend that you purchase it: no interruptions & higher quality sound. I've been a subscriber for 6 years and have never had a billing or customer service problem. This app is dependable & excellent value for a low monthly outlay. Highly recommended!

I just started using this, and so far I'm enjoying it. There is one quality im not into, and thats how the stations start midway in a song. I'm not against the idea, but it dosent make much sense here. I was listening to a station on my browser, and when I played the same station, at the same time, a different song was playing. Why bother imitating tuning into the middle of a song if you will most likely be listening to something else then someone also tuning in at the same time? Makes no sense.

Best radio app. Even offers a 30 day trial for new users only. Audio is so clear sounding at 320kps. Works great on my 60 to 75mbps connection. No buffering or stopping or lagging issues. Nice premade stations that is well put together. I remember this use to be Sky.Fm it was good then but even better now. We can thumbs up songs and they get save to a list. Overall I recommend.

Where is the sound? The app is playing but no sound! App requires Live Caption turned on to hear it! Once the screen locks, sound becomes muted.. The exact same with Jazz Radio.. The sudden stops, app crashes, long buffering times, etc etc. Very frustrating. Does it simply not work well on latest Android OS? Other apps work just fine. I am a paying premium user and been with you guys since SkyFM. Hate to lose you.

This app is by far the BEST music radio I have ever used!! There are ads, but they're all short and the amounts are understandable! The qualities are good, the genres plenty, the interface design are so simple and clear. It never crashed, and again the choice of music is just lit! Love it so much, thanks for making this app❤️❤️❤️

Cannot play music if I start this app at almost the end of song. Look like it try to play unavailable music and not success, even I change to another channel. Stop this app by slide it out of app navigation or notification bar doesn't help me. I have to go to app setting and force stop RadioTunes. This occurs while playing in both 4G and WiFi, may be the reason is my phone is far away from RadioTunes server and RadioTunes app doesn't support clients that have long lacking time from the server.

Really great and diverse selection of music, and the app works very well. As a premium user, I would give the service 5 stars if it would stream in a less lossy file format than mp3 (e.g wav or flac) to get a better HD listening experience on higher end equipment. Will up my rating if that happens.

Doesn't work. Sits at the "buffering" stage for a while, then indicates that it is playing music if the play button is tapped but actually produces no sound. During the "buffering" stage, it pulls data at a slow rate (about 40 KB/s) for half a minute, then stops.

Have had radio tunes for a few yrs. Enjoy the variety though I will hear repeats when listening all day. The only thing I find VERY annoying is that to exit app on my phone you have to drop menu then go to settings then scroll down to "exit app" & it's right above "log out" I can't tell you how many times I've accidentally LOGGED OUT when only meaning to exit app! SUPER FRUSTRATING especially if I don't have access to my password file!! Hence 4star instead of 5!

Been using this app for over 5 yrs which the name was different then & had other music apps with it. Anyway I love it still! For all & so many genres, edit your favs for quick search play lists & like the timer feature. Lately my phones auto clean & settings have been reporting this app as crashing several times a day which I dont even have the keep data running in background. So why is it crashing?

Really nice selections and playlists. Music directors have a great sense of flow. Commercials can be comically repetitive, but not overbearing considering it's free that way. A small price for lovely channels. Or get the subscription if commercials bore you.

Songs does not continue to play after ad. It does not even play the ad on Andriod Auto. Imagine driving listening to songs & suddenly it becomes mute. Exiting Andriod Auto & going in again still does not solve it. U have to close the app manually & then restart it before it works again. Imagine how dangerous it can be while driving. Was even thinking of being a premium member but lucky did not purchase due to this problem.

I have been using this app for 8 years now. Like everywhere... It used to be my background songs for our customers in our small store and shop. I am just so disappointed that they are charging now. Too bad, can't afford it and they charge way too much! Bye Radiotunes switch to Pandora and other free radio app.

Maybe the best online radio app experience i've had the pleasure to find. The freemium is vreat and the premium couldn't be better. Diverse music styles to pick. There's music for all the generations in the family.
