Does not work... the app just spins and spins...some information loads but not right l enough to make the right decisions....hope som is aware that they are losing money!!!
App keeps saying "oops something went wrong" after every action I try as soon as I login. If it doesn't get better soon I'm uninstalling the app.
The reward registration page is a little hard to navigate, but overall a great app and a great hotel brand also
This app almost works. Whenever i want to look up or book a hotel i get errors constantly.
As far as an app goes, this needs a little work. It's an app. It should open quickly and easily. I don't want to be at the counter and waiting five minutes for it to finish updating or whatever the spinning thing is doing. Worst part is I'm locked out of any other part of the app untill it finishes loading. And really, that's why I installed the app, not to explore exotic destinations. I actually use this for business. Maybe make the app open on a faster loading page? Otherwise, no real issues.
This app hasn't worked for months. I've tried to view or book several stays and every time it pops up a generic "Oops! Something went wrong" error after about 4 seconds and then just hangs. Even if I know exactly which hotel I want, I can't view it because there's no way to go directly to the hotel page. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared all the caches and nothing changes.
I have not used the app to book yet - only to have my rewards # and points total on hand. Layout seems simple and nice, but too often I receive the pop-up error message: "Oops, we're sorry! Something went wrong with that action." This mostly happens when I try to look at my account statements page or get further in playing around with potential in-app bookings. I also receive the "no connection" banner at bottom of page too often, when wifi is strong and working fine with other apps and devices.
The new app is absolutely USELESS!!! It won't let me book any rooms. Says there is an error when mapping to list. It doesn't show a correct points balance. Doesn't show any upcoming stays even though I have several booked. And before it stopped letting me book all together I still had to manually enter all my information.

Get "error when mapping to loyalty customer" message on almost every screen change. Asks me to log in for a booking when I'm already logged in. All works fine on website, it's just the App it seems. I just booked 3 nights at Radisson through Expedia for £50 less than booking through Radisson. I detest these loyalty schemes where there is no loyalty to the member. I input the missing reservation onto the app and it found it. But it forgets as soon as you close it. Useless.
App has always been reliable until today when I was asked to update app. Now it just keeps replaying opening logo over and over again like it's hung up on the opening screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it continues doing the same thing. This needs to be fixed. I'm a Platinum member and I use this app all the time.
I'm a fairly new member and wanted to see my points balance and a breakdown of those points. The app just states a number for each stay, no breakdown or summary of how that was calculated? And it has no date of the stay, just the date it was posted. For example, my last stay was 3 days (separate bookings), so how do I post a missing stay when I dont know which of the 3 dates it's counting. All of my other loyalty programs I can see how (stays, promotions, etc.) my points were calculated.
It won't open, just get the loading screen and never actually opens the app.
The App won't open on Android even though my device shows I have the latest update installed. Waste of storage space. Other users have experienced the same issue for months; Radisson wants each of us to individually contact them directly so they can look into it?? C'mon, fix your app!
Better become a reward member if you stay at hotels alot like myself. It's free and you stack points very quickly and those points will get you half off or even free rooms. On top of that there is endless benefits and earnings for cash back for shopping certain places. Like for example if you goto Starbucks and order you can get discounts and cash back. All around I dont know why it took me so long to become a member. Thank you!
App does not correctly display all available E-Certs. Repeats the first one multiple times. Update 10/21: I discovered that the app gives a message saying the e-cert rate is not available at "the hotel selected" but using the actual website it the e-cert worked as expected.
Better than the previous app but some things are missing: membership card on Android devices should be downloadable in Google Pay format and not Apple Passbook. Secondly, in my nights summary I'd like to see how many of them were rolled over from previous year so that I know I any will be rolled over into the next year. It also doesn't seem to show some of my reservations just like the new website. No problem with that in the old app.
Can't even sign-in, and MY ACCOUNT IS SETUP CORRECTLY! I've been making reservations online and with your old app ever since June 2016, and I can still access my account online! I've been using your app for over 3 years and it has always had a generic user's interface & limited functions, but now you've rendered it completely unusable! Why can't you guys just wait until the 1st-quarter to launch your 'all new' app like most prudent hotel loyalty programs do?
Not really polished yet. The old app is more stable and better. The points on the first page isn't refreshed automatically... You have to logout and sign back in. Add comment. Do not know what happened to Radisson, the awarding of points is now slower than turtle. Used to be within 2 days, max 3days.. Now 10th days and never in.. First time in many years that I have to raise a missing stay ticket.
App requires latest version and refuses to start. I already had latest version so even have reinstalled and installed again and the same.probl.stays. Status kept, all points lost somehow, no clear way to contact Radisson Rewards. Rather poor and disappointing application.
Not user friendly... it won't let me save my reservation to my profile and when I try to look at a hotel there are no photos or anything- just info about nearby areas and airports. They need to take notes from Marriott's App.
Difficult to go ahead with a simple booking. The app does not respond instantaneously. When you seek the help option, you are told that the call centre help will be available only after 9 AM. Quite frustrating.
Radisson Hotels are good..I am a silver member but since there were general restrictions over the last 21 months so couldnt travel..and now to my great disappointment, the new app is just pathetic. I had to log into the website to do my booking. Just cant open the new app, it doesnt move beyond the opening moving dot. Someone pls attend to it. Thanks
False advertising!!! I booked several rooms through the app for my son's wedding. The room I booked showed two queen beds and a sofa bed and said it slept six. When I got to the hotel they insisted I only booked a standard room. What I thought I had paid for was a room that slept 6, not a standard room that could only fit 4! They insisted that I had not and left us cramped in rooms that were too small for the amount of people we had.
Most useless app I have ever encountered. Can't log in, says Oops, something went wrong. Uninstalled and reinstalled, didn't help. Web browser works fine except it NEVER shows my upcoming stay (made a week in advance.) Expect better from a big name.
Update. They quickly fixed the problem.......... Worked before last update. Now says connection unstable whether on wifi or data. The one time I could actually get in all my information was gone. Useless app
One of the best hotel chains. Well maintained hotels and good reward system. Speaking to customer care and making them understand is a bit of an issue in India. App still need to be user friendly giving all the options.
I like being able to see my rewards balance. My only issue is that when looking up places for booking, the app seems to always stop working and close. Please fix this.
They keep updating it and breaking the app. First it was "connection unstable". Then it worked for about a day. Now the app doesn't even get past the initial loading screen
