I opened business account 2 months ago. Phone reps don't even know their own product. Mobile apps and desktop version are jokes. I gave it a whirl, but my advice is to run as far away as you can get!!! Worst banking experience I have ever had!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WELLS FARGO, CAPITAL ONE, ETC ARE MUCH BETTER CHOICES!!!!!!!
My banking history is far less than stellar and desperately needed a business account. They are very understanding, courteous, and convenient. Their are a little slow to resolve certain issues but nonetheless I will definitely recommend them.
Radius has the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. They locked my account without reason and without notice. I called customer service every day for two weeks now week 3 with no help or account correction. 20 grand locked with no help or response as to why ? Complete scam. I now have an attorney involved to get my money back
I have been banking with them for over a year now, big banks closed my accounts during the pandemic and Radius gave me a hand and saved my business, even though the app and features have some space for improvement they have great customer service, you have my loyalty forever.
Could have a cleaner UI and better organized but very impressed with the bank so far.
THIS passes for a banking app?! You can see your balances and transfer... Hope you didn't need anything else!
Love this bank and app... it's really just a link to their site, but it's great for easy access.
Online banking is the future. I love this bank.. everything is digital. I have a credit card, personal and business account. This will be my bank for a verrrryyyy long time 😉❤️❤️❤️💞

App isn't working it opens on the pc but on the phone it keeps saying wrong password

I would give this Bank zero Stars if I could as a matter of fact I would give it -0 stars I've been with this bank for about 15 months and I have had nothing but problems too many problems no solution terrible terrible Bank do not waste your time

Easy to use
Not only are the features for the app laughable, so are the reps! Supposedly, anything worth calling for requires being sent up to a manager. Never get to assign your own username, have to call to do anything to the account (all info in the "profile" online is listed as optional yet it's not even alterable). Any bank that holds your funds for a week after they have 💯 cleared both sides of the transaction is out for themselves, not you! Not even talking 5-6 figures here... Get off my 💰!
