Damn near impossible to log in. May the gods help you if you used a password manager to create a strong password. The app clears all login data if you switch to another app to get your info. No ability to copy/paste. Getting instant updates about transactions is great, but is not helpful if you can't investigate.
The app crashes. Every. Single. Time. It is impossible to click on a transaction without the app crashing and restarting. I've email them multiple times and no reply and no fix.
same as others, getting an error and cust service doesn't have a fix, what sucks is that I need to make a change on this app (or so they tell me) in order for me to use my debit overseas - very frustrating as I am overseas now and had previously provided bank with a travel notice....
I love this app, has saved my account several times. Great feature is that recurring payments are still allowed through. Highly recommend Radius Bank and this app. Great customer service.
It is a bear to set up... but it does work. You would think Radius would make this app more user friendly and give better instructions on how to set it up.
it doesn't let me log in anymore. I contacted customer service and they said they would email me and they never did.

First time using this app and I can't log in
THERE IS NO REASON FOR THIS APP, IT SHOULD BE COMBINED WITH THE RADIUS BANK APP, JUST AS OTHER BANKS DO. THIS IS A CUMBERSOME APP TO USE ESPECIALLY THE LOG IN PROCEDURE. COMBINE BOTH APPS TOGETHER AND BE DONE WITH IT.
Unable to log in. Using correct account info but still receiving error message that states my log in information is incorrect.

Easy app to use very useful
i cant log in with my username and i need to log in to unlock my debit card. very dispointing
Not working - just continually says no card to manage or other errors upon logging in. I contacted support numerous times but they were stumoed also, until finally I didn't hear back any more. But really, one can only delete and reinstall the app and card so many times. I hope they can incorporate the same functionality into the main bank app anyway. This shouldn't have to be separated. I like Radius, but I will say the Ally bank app is easier to read and works flawlessly.
