Will not finish a transaction. Either image quality or Parsing. App is not only cumbersome, i.e. searching doesn't pull up the account, signing in 3-4 times with the correct login, manually entering check amount prior to each check, app doesn't close after each use" session expired" shows every time I open the app. It just doesn't work. I have deleted and reinstalled 5 plus times.
Terrible App! If you own a company or work for one considering this app, beg them not to switch. Just look at the ratings! Constant issues with check images and not posting to account. There is no way to see check images once submitted. It does not even tie or link invoices to the deposit! Not to mention the converted images are lousy and I must rescan checks over and over again. Stay away if you value time and efficiency!
The app rarely works. Our company has the SSO login option and I cant ever get it to click through when I choose that. It wont do anything from that first screen. I have uninstalled AMD reinstalled so many times, which will occassionally fix it. However the majority of the time I cant use it si my customer payments are going in late, which makes me look bad. So frustrating! It is good WHEN it works.
The image processing is horrible. Checks keep having to be rescanned multiple times. It has taken me over 20 minutes to scan one deposit because of the imaging software is very poorly designed. If they can fix that then it would be a great application.
You updated it so that we can now access all our Opco customers with the understanding we move our territory customers to favorites. There is no way that I can find to mark a customer as a favorite. Did you forget to add that in the update? Now I manually look up each customer.
The app is stopping as it is starting up. I've uninstalled then reinstalled app to same issue. Ticket sent in. Please review. Also, the scanning features has a hard time distinguishing from back of check after ive taken pics of front of check and resets to take picture but never does. I end up taking the pics automatically.
Always has the "internal issue" pop up and won't work unless I re-install. Time is wasted doing so. the checks have to be taken 3 or 4 times for it to actually go through if it doesn't "invalid check" pops up and you have to do it all over again. it would be decent if it was fixed.
My initial rating wasn't worthy of any stars. I am updating that because they have taken great strides to improve. I have been using the new updates for 2 weeks now and have not had any major issues. A couple bugs, but I feel those were probably connection issues. If they continue to make improvements and listen to the actual users of app this will be an asset to end user. Nice Job with updates and thank you.
Terrible. The app crashes all the time. No wonder why they have only a 2 star rating. I have been trying for 48 hours to get a resolution, sending feedbacks and emails. No response as yet. My colleagues have the same experience. Will ask my company to find a better solution. Radius one really has a long way to go.
this app is a total waste of time. can't capture images or work consistently, forcing users to revert back to driving to location with payment, I pray that because of your shoddy work and product you go out of business and that my company will be forced to go back to our previous app. oh, and thank you for response with it's worthless instructions. You suck!
terrible. The recognition system is awful. our prevous app was much more useful. Have to enter multiple times now for acceptance or hear back later that it wasnt accepted. Its to the point, it takes so long, my session got timed out due to rescanning.
Liked it till this past week, repeatedly stated "image can't be accepted, imaged can't be parsed" whatever that means and images are clear as a bell; and tonight logged me off in mid operation had to uninstall and reinstall a couple times just to finish my work. VERY FRUSTRATING TO HAVE TO REPEATEDLY DO THINGS IN HOPES IF FINALLY WORKS
Even with "BUG" fixed this is the worst app ever! You have to be a professional photographer just to get the lighting correct to get the app to accept your check. 90% you need to take a picture multiple times. Highraidus is just clueless as a company cant even fix their own program. Every "update" just seems to get worse!
Latest update fixes the issues i had with the previous version. I now like the app; it is fast, reliable, accurate and the camera works well. Glad they corrected the issues.
This is by far, the most craptastic check scanning app. I would do better to draw a freehand sketch of my customer's checks and then mail them in to our AR dept. The capture tool is useless 90% of the time
This is by far the worst app I have ever used. It was implemented by my employer to make business transactions more efficent, but it causes more problems and stress for myself and my customers than you could ever imagine. If it weren't required I wouldn't use it. Since I do, I am begging... please fix the app. Apparently, whomever created this app has never actually used it.
This is beyond terrible. What would have taken 5 minutes for 10 checks with zions just took over an hour with this app. I tried different lighting and backgrounds and it still took 30+ attempts to get a picture you could see of one check. This app just added 3 more hours to my work week just to process checks.
the worst check deposit app ever. Update, it has gotten worse to use, if that is possible. Now it won't deposit a check at all, it just times out. Before latest bug. It would take 4-5 attempts to make deposit. A real time killer.
You can take the most perfect picture and it still refuses the image. Don't waste your time with this app! Pure frustration!!!
Absolutely does not work on a Samsung galaxy s8+. YES, I have used better lighting, clearer pictures...nothing works. Something has to be fixed.
Awful. Requires multiple attempts taking pictures before accepting an image. Worked very well until about a month ago. I wouldn't use it if it weren't a company mandate. Do better!
This is the absolute worst app that I have ever used. It's not possible to take clearer pictures of checks than I am and 9 times out of 10 it wont accept them. I would never reccomend this product.
This app is just ok. I use an Android phone, for some reason the picture that I take of the check is not in color. I have a co worker that has an IPhone, and the pictures are like night and day. Is there a fix for this?
looks like I'm not the only one that has internal error problems then had to delete and download again. I know several others that have the same problem.
This app is horrible and makes my job, therefore my life, harder. Images are never accepted and you have to sometimes take 5-10 times before getting an acceptable image.
Scanning checks is a nightmare. I've been trying for 3 Days to take a picture and no images are acceptable.
The image capture on this app is trash. I often spend more than 15 minutes per check trying to get it to accept.
The application will not open. I have tried everything. Reset phone, uninstall and reinstall. Any Ideas?
Works perfectly with iPhones. Utterly broken with a Google Pixel 3 XL. One of the best cameras on the market.
Please fix scanning issue. Before it would work the first time. Now I have to do 2 tries for app to scan check. Same when scanning the back. Becomes very annoying very quick and yes the app is the latest version/update as of today. Update: now after update to Android 12 it doesn't scan at all! This app is essential to do my job and it's so frustrating.
