Great Apartment App! Ive looked some cool and great places in many regions here in LA and in Boston that I found on this app just beware of the phony looking ads with catalog photos.
found a bunch of listings I was interested in but whenever I click on a picture to see more the app immediately crashes.
so far it is showing places other apps havent. back for an update, especially if we find a place our next home through here.
So easy to use, and has SO many great properties! Better than all the other Apartment Finding Apps out there!
What a waste of time. They took FOREVER to respond. There are far better apps out there. avoid radpad and you'll thank me later.

literally had nothing where i live, which is near New Orleans. tried to tell me Louisiana is next to Santa Monica, CA
showed me apartments on a NY map that were actuslly in texas

The app is extremely buggy, and does not have enough data entry points to explain various situations. In my case, I'm moving from one state to another. Even though I have a job with a certain salary there, but don't legally work there as of yet due to having to physically sign paperwork; I can not express my income and job properly. I've actually had better luck with Craig's List so far, and that really says something.
I like the app. It actually had places where and how much I wanted. It would have gotten 5 stars but it froze on me for a bit
Was looking for San Francisco, it gave me los Angeles. The apps reasoning was LA is five minutes from me. Wrong, I'm in Michigan.
Its never gives the correct prices for the homes . It will say 1300 then once you get there or call the rent is 1700. I wish it would verify the rent prices before posting.
Ask's for too much information. Can't submit just a quick message without submitting all your info.
Just started using this app, but so far it is coming up with reasonable choices that are exactly what I'm looking for. Good job.
Its pretty cool more options easier convenience and not all apartments/houses require alot of entry fees or deposit
Was really excited to use this but it wont let me run my credit report because the app wont recognize my zip code. It is not very useful when searching for places to not be able to access my credit report. I will happily change my review this is fixed
