This game does not give rewards like suggested. Support from these devs is very poor and need to be more sufficient in dealing with contingencies within the game
Nearly 2 years update. I thought I would see more progress with graphics, no change at all. Rip off of games like KoC or KoA back when they first started. I hoped there be would more customized castles, avatars or even an updated storyline plot no there isnt. Game is glitchy, support is hard to get hold of, they send out kingdom clash teleports hours after kingdom war begins and don't compensate players saying it's not a guaranteed rewards. I stay for friends but that's becoming hard. Walk away..
Great game,, super addictive! The international atmosphere is uplifting and good events .. But the private messages are the worst,, you need to increase the storage space and suggest more solutions.rather than just reset the cache. Also sale on packages can encourage people to buy more they're expensive now..
Thanks Fiona. Problem is there isn't a balance to help free players. We understand paying players matter more, but the cost of surviving wasn't reasonable to play long. I have no money... so i expect my place, but the wars were too costly. There was zero ways to play fairly... it was pay or be a farm. No matter what game i play, possible paying customers leave long before payment. The top players had 100% advantage.
It's a monopoly for high Spenders. The updates ensure that the money Spenders has the advantage. All updates make it impossible to catch up because it's reduced and there's no way I wish I had more room to explain. But with the equipment updates and dragon, they reduce the amount of ways you can get it the Spenders are so high-level that they monopolized the events to get the extra ones that you can get it one which brings them more Out Of Reach. Some 1 needs to fix bug on the dragon. My dragons heart is full, when he travels he cannot read and castle levels or barbs. This does this on and off in bothe of my accouts. And its not my research. Im not the only person who is dealing with this glitch. The glitch comes and goes. Please fix this
Best Kingdom Game ever! Try to bring up events that will help both the poor lords in getting more dragons faster..
This game has the worst game support of all the games I have played, 2 months of no reply most games is maximum of a few days
Developers are focused on making money they make game become borinf. Teleports should be one of cheapest things in on the game in the alliance store or even buying it with gold. The more people can move around the more they can fight the more they enjoy the game. And with that people will invest more in your game because they enjoy it reverse sycology and you make more money not by spiking the price
Atleast find a way to make us enjoy the game let there be a way we can risk our castles in defence without loosing all the troops like we normally do maybe increase the hospital and also find a way to preserve castles for long periods of time I should be able to choose to stay away from the game for good 2months and nothing should happen to my castle.
The game is overall good.But as compared to mobile version PC version seems great in terms of graphics and gameplay.Thank you Fiona for offering an excellent technical support.
This game is very addicted. I really recommend it to someone that is interest in taking care of the city. And also this game can really make you have lots of friend around the world, eventhough you never meet them. Chill. 😁😁😁
Now not nice game..So just tell me only 1 thing.. what faireness does it make between older kingdom like k8 and new kingdom like k18 or k17 and mostly new kingdoms like k19+ who never saw that forge research was once very very cheap.. I am lucky that I was in k8 and I have finished it mostly 75% of forge research and other all finished and its 50% its huge difference... tell me did you guys made it fair for new kingdoms well common answere is no... I hope you agree and you should ???
Update. Stay away from this game. Totally corrupt as the game owners enlist certain people by giving them high power to cause trouble and anger. They do this to get others to spend money so they can compete. But honest people keep getting hammered down and have no chance to excel. This apparently had been going on for a long time. Best Advice is stay away.
Very bad slow building game. Everything takes forever to do. Bad optimisation makes playing experience terrible. Only plus Mark is it has a good community. Due to things taking ages, you have more time to chat. Hence the 2 stars

Terrible customer service completely worthless and dont help at all great game as long as you dont pay because if you have issues the support team wont answer or will flat out tell you it's not their problem. So in conclusion the whole support team needs to be fired.
This game Support team should more active...give a update with great change....this game is awesome i am playing THIS gme for last 1 year...please give alliance level like other games like clash of clans And another thing is that in game there take lots of time to collecting woods foods etc...please reduce this time....good luck...

The game, you can chat with allies and build your kingdom, theres hospitals, market but I have not fight with any enemy. Not cool. Thats why I give it three stars
Game is well but way to trading has to be improved.. and trading between alliance should be there at least some amount shall be obtained from the trade.. now trading is ok.. but request facility has to be given..
Same old, same old. Graphics are too cartoon-like for me. Don't like games that force me to use my phone in landscape position.

The game is overall good but you need to add some activities or events that makes the game more beautiful & you just put some good rewards at events too. Please, Report that support gives response/reply of mail within some reasonable hours. Thus with less fun or some game working problems here a less rating! Anyways Enjoy the game!
