Ragnarok M: Eternal Love(ROM)

Use to love the game, the story and everything in it. After the update the story got confusing. You go from level 5 to level 120. Skipping the rest of the level that used to be there. I used to love the challenge and all that other stuff but now it's not even worth playing. And they deleted bad reviews coz this is prolly my third time doing this. I use to pay for the monthly subscription too but ever since the 2.0 it's just not the same game anymore.

It's ok, not bad actually. I've grown to like it but some ingame visual graphics does look so similar to World of Warcraft Throzen Throne of Frostmourne the sword. Its got so many visual graphics that looks almost identical with the purple aura & flame. But overall I like the game since RO was the first MMORPG I've started playing.

Latest update from the client cannot download, it reaches 99% then gets an error and stops (on my phone). Also, the playstore update is too big for my tablet so i just uninstalled the game. This game takes up too much space my devices so ill probably just stop playing altogether. Whats the point in being a mobile game if you need a desktops worth of space to play it?

Gacha game (meaning, gambling) with absolutely insane pay to win mechanics. While the game can be played and even fun without spending a dime, the devs keep on adding new ways to improve based around gambling, where if you don't pay you can either hope for a 0.01% chance of something once a week (so you could play for years and never really get it), or you can pay for extra chances at that very same gamble with terrible odds.

It was a bad choice to take out the channels. It's now very hard to farm, hunt mvp and conquest any castle. Despite that, I like everything in the game.

Can't rate a game I can't play but will rate it based off the fact the amount of space it claims it's gonna take is a complete and utter lie, it takes far more

They really out done themselves the graphics are wild the maps are so beautiful they really did a good job on this if ur a true RO fan from the 90s ull love this ragnarok!

Looking good since the new update. 1st time checking ROM since 2019 and it is really different.

They say the game is dead but people still dropping 10k cash on in game items. Still popping forsure. Good fun game.

Game must be installed on internal storage (and should really have been configured that way with "internalOnly"). The game has been around for quite some time, just not in English. Pre-registration was a train wreck. The game can be a little difficult to navigate. Selecting a mission will highlight it on the map, then you must open the map to move or manually navigate there. Once you arrive, quests NPCs have to be manually triggered. Auto attack allows you to choose specific monsters or attack everything. It will continue to hunt down enemies until disabled. Selecting a point or NPC will interrupt the attack and move the character, but the attack will resume as soon as the destination is reached. This makes it impossible to keep auto attack enabled while trying to progress a mission. It feels a lot like there are many mechanics that were thought out individually, but do not blend together. These issues could easily be fixed, but requires a developer that cares about feedback.

I love this game. The gameplay and interface are simple and easy to dive in to. The community is active and it reigns in my nostalgia of the original quite well. Only giving this game 3 stars because of a reoccurring login issue I've had. After starting the game, it stalls on the opening screen until I'm forced to restart. It often requires me to reinstall the game to fix the issue. I'm not sure how many other people suffer from this but it is the only bug I've experienced. 5 Stars if fixed!!

The animations are awfully sluggish- as if everything is taking place underwater. The graphics are unimpressive and lack the charm of the 2002 original. The questing and loot system is watered-down- it's absent of nuance or anything moderately provoking. It's basically the most mundane, stripped-down, version of an MMO possible. Talk to NPC, move from point A to point B, kill X number of monsters, return to NPC. You know, the kind of questing that, by now, is regularly lampooned in the genre. I know that it's still a thing in other games, but that's basically ALL there is in this one. The game might as well be played on auto-pilot. "Ragnarok M: Eternal Love" is just too lazy, it's a "my first MMO," a mindless time-waster, a bare-bones mobile implementation of what can qualify as a game, much less a good MMO. That's fine if that's what you're looking for, but it's not for me.

Game is great. There's a lot to do it terms of story and side story. The only problem I have is that sense the updated back in April 2019, every now and again, the game will load up to the start screen and once I click start, itll freeze right on the start menu. I've tried using the games support function, but it'll either freeze right at the start menu right when I click on support, or I'll make it to the support page and there's nothing to click on to send an error/problem report.

Love the game, been playing RO for years, HOWEVER, the game has its ups and downs. The gameplay is great, but my biggest issue right now is constantly having to delete and reinstall the game every few days because of some odd glitch that makes the game freeze at the login screen. It works fine, until it doesnt. Every several days it stops working until I delete the game and reinstall. This issue needs to be resolved!

absolutely amazing game, so nostalgic. The mechanics are great, it fits perfect on mobile. I was enjoying it thoroughly last night but now when I try to play, I cant get past the loading screen. It will say "you are signed into facebook" and I touch the screen to start, from there it just gets stuck on the loading screen and will not move on to the character screen. I can click the poring with exclamation mark in top right corner and it just says "you are signed into facebook". What do I do?

I love RO and when I saw ROM, I was ecstatic! The past month of playing this game was great; the graphics, the music, the NPCs, and the events, they all reminded me so much of the original servers. Unfortunately, my run-in with ROM has been failing for the past two days... I'm unable to get past the opening screen where I log into my Google account. I tried to force stop, uninstalling, and deleting cache, but nothing worked so far. I'm very upset because this game is how I relax and wind down.

Game was great for 2 days but all of a sudden can't get past the "touch to start" menu. Don't know if this is a server issue or what but ive waited 30 minutes with no change in screen and have uninstalled/reinstalled, still no change. If this is a common bug to be fixed I'll give 5 stars but for now its a 4 Graphics are great for a mobile RO game and really has a nostalgic feel for what the PC game was for me. I was really enjoying it.

The connectivity of the servers are about as reliable as Chinese knockoff products (not at all). Even the slightest hiccup in your WiFi connection ejects you from the game, and you have to go back to the title screen and re-log in and reconnect to the server. Most other games are quick and painless with reconnecting (Toram Online is a perfect example), but this game makes it a long and tedious chore.

Really nice game, especially since I've been a fan of the PC version for a long time. But for a couple times now, I've had trouble logging in, I'm getting stuck at the starting screen, it won't say I've logged with facebook as it usually does, and touching the screen does nothing. I've tried uninstall/reinstall and it worked everytime, just now it's getting really bothersome...

I've played a lot of RO over the years, and wasn't expecting much from ROM, but the game actually surprised me in a good way. It keeps a lot of what made the original game special, like the maps, music, and art, but adds a few features common in modern MMORPGs, plus gameplay elements thought for mobile systems. Yet, the game emulates pretty well the experience, but in a new way, hitting all the nostalgia spots pretty well. Finally, it also helps that the paid stuff is not game breaking at all!

My rating may rise or fall as I keep playing. I've played for around 3 hours and I'm level 12, I'm glad that it is a game that takes its time and expects you to participate for quite a while and learn the ropes if you plan to level up quickly. The stat system is robust and effective. skills and targeting friends and enemies is comfortable. It is populated and friendly. Might be the best way to play ragnarok online right now. But please implement skin tone change some day ;-;

The graphics are what I'd expect from a pc game and the minimal voice acting gives the game a cute charm without being obnoxious. The multiplayer aspect is very enjoyable (and you can have 5 people to a party instead of your standard 4). Certain areas of the map and monsters have annoying sound tracks, but you can turn off sound effects or music in-game so you can keep your media volume turned up how you like. The opening song on the app is very, VERY loud, so adjust as needed. Great game! :)

Game is very reminiscent of the past Ragnarok entries (spin-offs, sequels, and otherwise). Always enjoyed being able to make up a character from the ground-up and being able to have fun with whatever was created, and this is a good updating to Ragnarok Online. It's not perfect, as there are some lagging moments as well as kill stealing here and there, but all in all a very nice entry to try out if one wanted to. If one takes their time, one will be high level in less than a week or two.

I really wanna give this gave 5 stars, I have many fond memories of Ragnarok Online before my friends all moved on to other games and seeing it make a comeback as a mobile game is something I'm happy about. Sadly the game's UI is cluttered and unorganized and the control scheme unpolished which makes it difficult to play. The music and graphics are as beautiful as ever though.

It's a great game, really addicting! I've recently run into problems though. Whenever I open the app, it says "touch to start game" and I tap the screen and then nothing happens. Usually it takes me to the character selection page but it hasn't been doing that. It just sits and the main screen and I can't do anything. I've restarted my phone & closed and reopened the app several times, still does nothing when I "touch to start game". It only starts to work after the game updates. Help?!

Game itself is pretty fun, standard MMO fair and what have you. but none of that matters if you can't play the game, encountered a bug where i'm stuck at the start screen. hitting the "press here to start" center, or the "help" button in the top right does nothing. tried refreshing caches, closing and reopening ect, to no avail. I've read that uninstalling the whole game and redownloading it should fix the issue...if only temporarily, as the issue is common and prone to reacurring.

Awesome game with lots to do and amazing graphics. Still glitchy in places. Yesterday my friend and I was doing training ground together and I got pushed over the barrier in to the front section. I was unable to cross back or hit anything though enemy archers were still able to get me. Today, the game is stuck on Extracting (1/1) 0% and I waited more than 10min with no change. I'll wait a bit and may do a reinstall (5gbs of downloads again!) and see before giving up.

Save for the fact that logging into the app only works one out of three times, the fact that the app crashes when I attempt to enter my password, & the random crashes that have started to happen when I teleport back to Prontera, all of which have been reported & not yet fixed (at least for me), this game is absolutely wonderful. I've always been a fan of Ragnarok, & this version is excellent... when it works, that is!

I was playing at a good rate and got to level 50 in 3 days since it launched. Now its just stuck on the touch screen to play option since last 10 hrs. I don't know when this will be fixed as im losing my precious event time because of this. I would expect some kinda compensation from the developers or its going to stay 2 stars. I am still not able to play this game as it is stuck on the touch to start screen with the music playing. This is really disappointing.
