Pathetic app never works!!! 1) On calling customer care they don't accept app is not working and charge extra saying you are not booking through app so pay extra. 2) It's never our fault if flight is cancelled. For all cancellations they should consider cab time adjustments. But instead they find way to loot money and charge extra wherever possible. My flight got cancelled to next day and they charged money for that instead of re-scheduling. Other professional apps never does this

They ask you to book and pay in advance. But, it is very bad on their part that at the last moment, they say cab is not available and you are left with no choice. I almost missed my flight when I had booked a cab from them to travel from Bhilai to Raipur airport. Poor service and worst response from service executives

My First experience was really good, the ride went smoothly, on time pick-up and well behaved driver and even helped me find a place to stay as I was new to the place. Going for second ride will review again.

DO NOT PRE BOOK THE JOURNEY , THEY ARE NOT FLEXIBLE TO CUSTOMER ISSUES like flight reschedule BECOMING Jealous and greedy & Charging more amount Rs. 2200/- for pick up time modification of just 2 Hours . Increasing prime membership cost, Modification charge and travel cost Frequently. Customer care is not answering properly. Out of 4 call, one call They are answering.

Had few good experiences in past. Now they are charging too high. The booking schedule option in the app is useless. You will only get the cab if it is available. They take money in advance so you stuck with them even if you want to go for other option. Customer care is worst, they drop the call even if you are in mid of saying something and they do not give a proper closure. If you have access to ola or uber or anything else, USE THAT NOT THIS.

They are very unprofessional on the part of providing the vehicle..may be a bit immature in business..will say till last minute that the vehicle will be provided but fails to provide..and ends up in refunding the advance paid..further they should re consider their business model if not able to provide service and refund the prime membership paid

Drivers are quiet professional. They dont overspeed. Till date 4 times I booked and every time I got upgraded car. Cars are clean.

They initially took 2000 rupees upfront through their app and called to inform no cabs available, even asked for 1000 more. Moreover they are not even cancelling the booking for refund. Money is stuck with them and customer care is non responsive.

Quality of service is very good. Drivers are always professional and friendly. Cars are well maintained. Pricing is reasonable.

It's the worst ever cab service! Cab does not arrive at pick up point on time, you are always worried about cab,particularly when you have a flight or train to catch. Payment page is not trustworthy. Moreover they don't resolve any payment related issue quickly. Worst part, they never pick up calls once you have made payment. Pathetic!

Booked share taxi. On the date of travel, Rahul travels cancelled the trip saying no other person for same trip is available. Its been 8 days but money has not been refunded.

They have a very weird trip modification policy. I had to postponed my pick up just by 30mins. I had the option to do it by APP with no extra charges but could not access due to some technical glitch and customer care could do it but it's chargeable. I kept asking for drivers details and invoice for assurance but that also came after to much of enquiry.

After taking booking and payment they usually call that low budget car is not available. And if u insist for cancelation they arrange you low budget car. Is this a scam or booking app

Worst service ever,booked cab 4 hours prior to journey.they called 30 mins prior to schedule time stating that cab is not available. There is no sign of professionalism in this.

Worst app ever We wanted to travel somewhere and the booking price was 2400 then at the time of booking it increased and then when we paid an increased amount of 2752 was deducted .

They charge an amount to a destination. Again they will charge extra for the same. WORST

Very poor service. The app doesn't allow to pay, gives error. No post payment option. When payment is done then they say that there is no availability of the car. It seems they have just 2 cars. No follow up from there. Be aware while making any booking.

Repeated crashes , seems like an untested app has made it to the playstore....app crashes on home page itself

Pathetic experience several times payment fails and when payment fails you need to start the whole booking process again.need to reach how to manage the data flow to the programmer

I booked zest, and at the last moment they informed me that there vehicle is not available so they are booking external taxi on behalf of me. Having paid everything already I had no option but to agree. When the journey started, I was told I have to pay toll tax (which by the way is not mentioned anywhere). The driver did not have his fastag rracharged so I had to pay double the amount. And they claim to be one way taxi, but they charged toll for to and fro. Better to stay away and look for alte

Worst experience. They just know hoe to make money but don't bother about refunding the amount in case they couldn't provide facility. I have booked a cab three months back for which they couldn't arrange vehicle and still they haven't refunded the amount. I have never ever had such a bad experience. Please don't use Rahul travels to book taxi. It is not safe as well.

Pathetic service. Booking done, advance payment taken. But at time of travel they ask to upgrade the taxi by paying more. But i denied to travel. no refund made. irresponsible customer care center. Pathetic app. If vehicle not available how did they accept my booking and if accepted and service not provided then refund the amount. Cheaters they are. Its the second time it happened

Horrible App. Can't modify booking easily. The modification charges are not updated.. The calls to customer care are mostly unanswered. When answered, they ask you to do modifications online. The app and website both have bugs. Worst experience.

Worst worst worst ever service. They are not driving cabs they are driving bullock cart. On empty highway they are bound to maintain speed of 60 kmph not more than that even though you are going to miss your flight for which you have booked their cab. I requested them many times to increase the speed so that we can catch our flight but they denied. God knows what kind of rules and restrictions they wanted to show when they are not fulfilling their customer's requirement.

Customer care is not receiving call and not giving any proper answer of any query. Vehicle is not coming in proper time.Extra "Charging" is only for customer not for "rahul travel" what if customer is waiting for their vehicle..... is their any refund ??? If this type of service and behavior they are giving I will not book any vehicle from "Rahul Travel" even not suggest to my friends and relatives also...

Good service and timing and drivers also good in behaviour.
