Never liked this app much but put up with it out of necessity. Now, after this new update, no more. It became virtually impossible to use from outside Hungary because of the two-factor authentication via SMS when one uses a local SIM card in each country to save money. Such SIM cards are difficult to use across borders for texting. Until now I used a close relative in Hungary who handled transactions with two-factor authent, but the new update with fingerprint authent. makes that impossible.

This app is a disaster. Tried to transfer money 7 times and finally got it at the end but had issues like: - invalid char in name (start over. after all fields were filled all got erased) - cant save partners on mobile app - logout doesnt work, have to close the app manuslly as well for full logout - cant remove standing orders - crazy field validation (joking. There is nothing like "validation") I am thinking about to leave the bank. This is not acceptable in 2019.

It's possible to use it for the most basic functions, nothing else, also looks very old, no fingerprint login, in 2019 this is unacceptable. EDIT: now it has fingerprint login, which is good, but the rest is still the same.

Timeout please log in again, timeout pleaselog in again. Time out please log in again. Timeout...... And the mantra goes on and on. it takes at least 5 attempts if not more to finally manage to log on. Previous version did not have this issue. Looks like updates are sometimes counter-productive. Other than that, would be a pretty good app....

I experience the same issue described in previous comments however it was working properly before. One of the change that my Operation System upgraded to Android 10. From that moment the app is just appears with the stating screen and no further activity.

The app is stuck on the logo screen. The root checking is also a dumb thing. I know about the root permissions on my phone, because I installed it because reasons and I'm completely aware of it. The app should give a notification, and an agree button to continue if I want, even with root permissions.

Very retro, please upgrade and catch up with peers. Really love the raiffeisen customer service, but you have to catch up with technology and mobile NFC payments. Edit: Really? tokens? that is all what you could come up with?? after all those years? am sorry but this is unacceptable, after 15 years I am seriously contemplating changing banks.

This app is not working at all and freeze my phone. Android 10. Was garbage before but at least you could do some basic stuff but currently it's not even starting and frozen on the loading screen.

New application?!?!?!? I have seen a few type of implementations of mobil token: this is the worse of them. funniest thing: timeout - click on close application - you must enter your pin to close the app. If you want to see how a banking application should look like (functions, security) I recommend to check bank applications in Turkey...

since the upgrade, unable to login, tried hundred times to relaunch the app. and someomhow, unable to use browser login from (again since the upgrade). everything worked fine before but now can only access the direknet via laptop - highly inconvenient

Recently some of the functions dont work. App doesnt log me out automatically after not using the apps for longer time. The new mobil token i dont think a safer option to log in as user/pw combination was...

I was hoping they finally update this app since they add biometric sign-in, but they just added a shady function which asks for my call list. It's a shame to have an app like this in 2019.

well, could not activate the app to be used as a token.. (i received one time passwords for not sure which field. apps logout (or exit?) button (top-right corner) tries to activate (login?), samevresult as before (couldnt activate)

That's it, im leaving Raiffeisen for good. Your whole mobile banking is a complete joke. And the recent changes you made makes it basically unusable. Ridiculously counter intuitive, clunky and outright anti-user.

Good update, it was really needed. Too bad the new app is dog slow and cumbersome to use. The 5 character limit of the PIN is way too short.

Not working with Android 10. If you have the same problem install the new Myraiffesien app. That is much more modern but still lacks NFC payment.
