UX to buy currency is nightmare - why I should enter UAH and USD (EUR) both? I want to enter UAH value only and expecting the app to calculate EUR by itself (but it doesn't). P.S. just checked the history - I had the same complain a year ago - nothing changed

After almost every update something breaks and the app is not working. But I can't just wait for a week or two for a stable version, because as long as update is available old version is not working. You are providing service that must be available 24/7. I do not have a possibility to go to the bank every time the app is not working.

Nice app but why not possible to open new cards like in any other banks app?

Overall quite good app. Hope in future statistics functional wiil be upgraded. For example, ability to change manually category of expenses, filters not only for expenses but for income also, etc.

Can't sign in to the system after your technical issues. Three days. The same message: Oops.. your request was not processed due an unexpected error, but we are already working to resolve it. Now it works. Approve it plz wether it's ok, for nowadays that internet banking doesn't work for three days.

Great app! Features allow me to do almost everything I want with my account. The only complaint is that controls code is not autofilled from messages when I need to confirm a transaction.

I failed to register because a confirmation email never came. Update. I tried second time and during registration app was just saying "please try again". After some time I tried third time and finally have registered.

It lacks many features and the interface feels as if it was built by a 9 year old... No good organization as well.

Too many bugs, not intuitive. Asked me in an SMS to update but no such visible option when there.

Very user friendly app, quick client service, the only problem is with making a transaction report for long periods.

It is getting better. Good job. But the practice to change a password every few months is outdated. It is concidered bad now.

The only sane and reliable bank. The app isn't the best and bank infrastructute is often downtime, but it is politically reliable.

I am your customer but I am not a citizen. Can I download and use you app for Gpay? Last time 3months ago I tried but your app was doesn't work. I think it is the time to improve! You should allow foreigners to reach your application and can use some menus as same as some other Ukrainian bank is allowed!! I don't understand what would be affected if we use your application which is like for online shopping..?? Could you explain???

Shows incorrect date in statement (-1 day) when using "later" timezone (GMT in my case). Reported this to RO helpdesk few months ago but this ugly bug has not been fixed yet. Works well to manage your cash and cards though.

App shows misleading information as to the actual due amount and due date to repay credit card to remain in grace period, which results in considerable %.

Good work guys, but need to keep going forward and make your app more stable and user friendly. 👍 I have really important proposal for you. Can you tell your technical team to add support of Raiffeisen Bank Aval MasterCards to Xiaomi Mi Band 4 NFC in Mi Fit application, please? Because currently only MasterCards from 10 Ukrainian banks can be using for Mi Band 4 NFC payments. Thank you in advance.

Finally features stopped migrating. App became more responsible. I like it more and more.

Great functionality, comfortable interface, fast and reliable app. Thank to developers it is better than privatbank now.

First impression: • The interface is intuitive; • The app supports the same functions as the Website.

It's still not Privat24, but it's much better than the previous version of Raiffeisen online banking app.

Would be great to have"shake" option to interchange/transfer money from one phone to other with same APK.

Would be great but for already two months the fingerprint enter doesn't work.

Not possible to see all functionality of account. Updated as some improvements are made.
