As a company i find this application and the way everything is managed very obsolete, no fingerprint function, most things need to be done online by token at desktop. Just to find today again that the app is not functioning (error connecting). Probably will switch banks as no update as to ease of use is to be made in near future.
The worst services ever. To get access on this app, you need to go to a branch to sign other papers even if you already sign the contract for a credit card. Why? We are almost in 2020 and everything should be made online, to have this option available also. Wake up people! Other banks have services much better than yours.
It would be nice to have a "favorite account" option, to not introduce every time same bank details every time. Apart from that it's a good bank app.
When I try to access the app, its flashing and blinking the loading screen, I cannot do something... If I will try to reinstall it I am afraid that I will lose all the data inside...
I can't access it..every time I have to use the card reader,after a few trials my account is blocked... Please make an easier one ,if I have to go to the bank every time this application is useless
It doesn't work. I have been shut out from my account for more than two weeks. Bring back the old version or fix this! It's high time you fixed it!
I would like to have the functionality to add templates even when I confirm a payment with fingerprint. And also the functionality to edit them.
În Demo it shows you can pay Utilities (Plati / plata factura / utilități) but in Smart Mobile menu on my phone there is no such an option. I wonder why... :(
NOT WORKING! I can not log in unless I put a PIN into Smart Token, but the PIN that you send me has letters in it and can not be entered into Smart Token therefore I have no access! Nobody replies to your support email either! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Weren't you closing down this app at end of March? I installed the new one because of that, I still see the old app running properly...
Why is this old obsolete application that can't even be activated anymore while the new one is out of the play store? New one was entirely made out of log4j?
Keep canceling the option to use fingerprint, evan the option is on in the app. I have to reset the option every 2-3 days.
5 stars because of a clear good design and because this older application works on root phones, wile the new Raiffaisen application one refuses to do so.
Where had mobile top-up gone. I tried to recharge my phone today but can't find it. I always could recharge my phone before. I got so mad.
It is unacceptable to have such problems and so long. And it is not the first time when app has malfunctioning.
I can't login in the app(Samsung S9+), worked perfect on my previous phone(Allview).

Stop advertising in this app your new app! Your new app should be publish as a beta and not as a final version. So don't force us to use it, at least not yet. The new application is not complete and not stable in comparison with the old application. In this condition is recommanded to keep alive the old one untill you can solve all the problems of the new one!
