You should really consider fixing the bugs that you have, for the last 6 month I've had problems with this app, you can't just authorize a transaction anymore simply with a push of a button, you have only to use the OTP code that you have ( its some kind of a static password). I don't want to use ( another password to remember, yay) , that's why I installed this app, just to authorize a payment more easily... You destroyed this app with your useless updates...
Huawei phones seem to have an unresolved issue since the start of March, it deactivated the Smart Token and when you try to reactivate it, it enters a loading loop. So that's great, can't do anything.
Worthless. Forces me to update a perfectly good working app every two weeks. Delivers zero new features. Can't opt out of updates. After updates, need to call bank every time, since the old DumbToken session is lost. Why not use industry standard TOTP and not maintain two apps (banking + token). You are not very good at maintaing just one app. Will switch banks since this app is essentially an antifeature, and using desktop mode in chrome IS EASIER THAN USING THE APP.
The latest update forgets the biometric authentication settings. It also doesn't seem to work anymore, as no push notification gets sent to the device for authorizing the transaction. Re-enrolling unfortunately doesn't fix this.
The app is ok. However sometimes it doesn't send authorization pop-ups. I have to open it manually in order to authorize payments. Apart from that, I am satisfied with the performance. Would recommend.
Just four for now. I used to log in into the SmartToken using fingerprint. Obviously I forgot my pin. Seeing people having trouble, I called regarding the pin and the issue. They told me to uninstall and reinstall it again. I did that, made a new pin code and it seems to work just fine.
The worst app that I ever used. I was forced to update the Smart Token, to be able to still use the mobile banking, but since I did it a few days ago, at every 3rd-4th use of the token, it blokes and it dezactivates. I have to re-activate it 3-4 times a week.The other token was working wonderful even if I needed to write down the code. I just tried to verify my account, tried to generate a code:blocked and deactivated, tried to transfer money on Revolut, blocked and deactivated. It doesn't work
Can't use both apps anymore as they keep displaying an update message that can't be closed and there is no update in the store. Will change review when the problem is fixed.
When trying to make an online payment, the authorisation is not done as before through SmartToken app, but the static password is required. This seems to be caused by last night SmartToken update. Extremely unpleasant, since a very important functionality is not working anymore
This is not an application for a bank to be installed in production! Completely UNTESTED! For users: I only activated SmartToken by scanning the QR code with the phone from the open email on another device. Using only the Activate link from the email on the phone, didn't work.
Right now I need smarttoken to see my pin to activate my new card. It says update to the latest version and doesn't work. I even uninstall the app and install it again. Guess what? It says to update to the latest version! 🤦
Very bad application. I just updated it and now I can't use it. This in turns prevents me from using the mobile banking. I am literaly left without mobile banking. Good job Raiffeisen 👏👏👏
Very bad! I simply can't open it after downloading the new version! It worked really well with the old one,now it isn't working at all!! If I had known, I would not have updated it
Your good for nothing second application is not working and it causes the main application which you need for transfers not to start. Because you need 144 applications to transfer money to yourself. Stupid apps made by people who have no idea how things should work. I would rate 0 because is not working.
I was asked to update the SmartToken but now it is not working. When I try to activate the new app SmartToken it brings me back to the App store saying that I need to update but I am already at the latest version. Please offer support. Thanks.
yeah, can't login after updates. asks for god-knows what pin. basically rendering PAYMENTS IMPOSSIBLE. and was just about to open a new account, thank you for helping me dodge that bullet.
My phone keeps saying this app is draining my battery. Please fix it... I also receive notifications 20 mins later to approve payments. And after I already approved them...
Stupid app. It's not working properly. When the online banking app is upgraded...nothing works.. so disappointed on Raiffeisen with such a low app
Good job ruining the app again. It doesn't even start up, just freezes. Same with your "Smart Mobile" 👎👎👎
It is a very frustrating app which will not allow you to use it when you need it the most.Needs to be deinstalled and installed again very often to be able to use it.

Since last update is not recognizing the pay request from. Online to generate de authorization for it. Please fix, the issues
It stops working when you need it the most. Currently demandin upgrade but not applying it.
It crashes immediately when it launches and won't let me access my account. I guess I must travel back to the year 2000 and check my finances in a browser. Or worse, go to the bank. Later edit: Indeed, after reinstalling, both apps work better. It's still not the most seamless experience having to bounce between 2 apps to solve one thing, but at least they work now.
Next time I will come to Romania, I will have to change my bank because of this app. I spent hours trying to make an online payment, smart token keeps deactivating itself. I put in all the codes to reactivate, then when I try to pay it deactivates again. Called Raiffeisen, spent 30 minutes on hold, and when I finally get through to speak to someone, the call ends as soon as I finish telling them my problem. I'm done with Raiffeisen!
